Terrible service. Went and waited 25 min for 1 sandwich. So much for fast food.
It is a McDonald's so this rating is on in compare to other McDonald's. This one is clean and very nice staff. I would say... they get the boys orders out fast and right 95% of the time. Read more
Can?t understand English. Can?t get orders correct. Management doesn?t care as if it?s ok and perfectly acceptable because they... don?t care. Had to return to get order correct and STILL had the order wrong after leaving the second time. The order ticket wascorrect (given I placed a mobile order and verified what I wanted). And the employees/management STILL got it wrong. Read more

Service is very hit and miss at this location . Have had to go through the drive through on several occasions for missing items... . Haven?t been given the happy meal for my kid multiple times . Our food today was given to the car in front of us and theywere about to hand us the food that the other car had their hands all over . Brought our food out to us after telling them weneeded new food and not what was just in someone else?s hands . They missed the happy meal again and we didn?t realize untillater that we were also missing and additional side of fries . So, I love down the street from this McDonald's. I stopped coming here because it was dirty, food was slow, rude workers and my... order never came out right. Oh how times have changed. It is like a complete 180 inside. Everyone looks happy, the floors areclean and food actually came out in under 5 min. I was impressed. What really caught my eye was the roses. No, not fake ones,real roses on every table. It really brought the place to life, have it a wow factor. Whoever is behind these changes keep itup. You are doing such an amazing job. Went through the drive thru pretty quick. Food is ok and have never had a problem with service.
