This location is horrible!!!!! I mean absolutely racist and the customer service is horrible. The guy with the dreads isn?t... friendly and doesn?t care about how he handles customers or their food. Unfortunately he isn?t the only one in that place thatdoesn?t care. No manager is aground to assist with how things are ran around there because a scene was made and NO ONEapologized and no manager or even a employee reached out to apologize to handle the situation so that I didn?t leave feelingfrustrated or racially profiled. The manager was rude. No smile on her face. No thank you for your order or service. I was in the area getting my nails done and... was hungry. The next time I will walk over to McDonald's. I will never go in this place again to sit down and eat. J Read more
The big box is nice. The pizza is always hot. They have a nice cozy fireplace inside. Staff is friendly, but over work some... nights. The dinning room could use some updating. Read more
Doing better! I got that urge for a pepperoni stuff crust pizza and we got a flawless pizza - previous order had a lack luster... pizza missing a lot of dough from the crust which was disappointing. Had to sub the diet pepsi for the regular which was sad -if I had been notified I would have subbed for something else diet. Driver and was on time and courteous. Almost there guys! Read more
Worse experience at this location. I called and place order for delivery and I got message stating that the order had been out... for delivery and then after 10 mins I got message from door dash that they will be delivering in another 30 mins And then afteranother 15 mins finally I got the pizza. So it took one and half hour before I got it and by the time I had pizza in my hand, itwas cold and both boxes were wet due to rain, it wasn?t even properly packed and I was very disappointed so I called the storeand lady who told me was the manger name Sam, was very rude and told me there is nothing they can do unless I bring the pizzaback. The purpose for the delivery Because it was raining so I didn?t want to go and she told me rudely she isn?t giving merefund unless she actually has the pizza in her hand and I told her that I have the pics and all but she didn?t listen. One ofthe worse customer service I have received from Pizza Hut. I will never ever go this store again. There should be bettermanagement at that location. I hope someone gets back to me. Please never go here. This place looked, smelled, and acted as if it was abandoned. On top of the clear neglected cleaning, the... staff was rude and never informed us that our food was ready, even though apparently it had been sitting on the counter for ahalf hour. They said it would be a '15 minute wait' but we sat at a (mind you broken,) table for forever. The taste of the pizzaitself tasted as if it was cardboard with tomato sauce. We specifically asked for extra cheese, but when we opened the box thecheese was barely there anyway. Overall, please. If there is an alternative place you can go, go there, and do not choose thisplace. Read more
