So I went here kind of hopeful. I haven't been to a Quiznos in so long, and I decided to finally go to this one after knowing... about it for a while. From the outside, the sign lights for "Quiznos" either weren't on or were very dim, but it was alsoaround sunset, so I assumed that maybe they were in that awkward time where it wasn't so dark to put on lights but not brightenough that the sign works without. The building itself was clean, and reminds me of Quiznos I remember from 10+ years ago. Thefirst bad sign was me standing where I thought I would order (you know, the place where they get the bread and stuff) and a guyfrom the back came out and said that he was working on another customer's order and that he'd take my order at the registerafter he was done with the other person's order. I had time, so I could wait, but I didn't quite understand ordering at theregister. The layout of Quiznos is such that it naturally wants you to order at the start of your sandwich, work your way downthe line, and then pay at the register. For whatever reason, the singular employee (yes there was only 1 employee there wellbefore closing), had either come up with this system on his own, or was told to use this system. It's hard to say one way oranother when it's just one guy running a shop designed to have a minimum of 2 people at all times. So I order a pretty basicturkey club, and notice that 2 fountain drinks are out of order, so get a bottle and chips. The sandwich was pretty basic clubsandwich, bacon, lettuce, tomato, turkey, and mayo. I get something similar at Jersey Mike's and enjoy, and was looking forwardto a nicely properly toasted sub Quiznos is famous for. Unfortunately it just wasn't very good. Came to this location on 8/2/22 @3:40pm to place an order. The two signs say open, but when I went to open the door it was... locked. I called the establishment twice no answer. I?m a bit confused because the signs say open, even google says open, andeven the sign on door says this establishment closes at 9pm on Tuesday?s. However, it is not open. Read more
Not one to be super critical of second tier fast food shops BUT I feel it should be said. Multiple times I?ve stopped here past... the advertised open business hour and door is locked. I can?t imagine after reading the other reviews that this location cansurvive. I mean it?s one thing to have slow service, out of stock items, etc. especially these days, but a total lack of caringabout providing the only service you offer should matter. I urge the owner here to either hire more help to deal with the hoursor show some respect to the customers that drive out of their way to get Quiznos delicious food by being open for business at11:15 on a Monday. I have been there three times, while it said on Google the place as open. Each time this location is closed. May be they should... close permanently ????. The owner had verified store hours just three days ago, and advertised store as open for serving. When Igot there it was closed. They never attended the phone consistently every since I have known them, so from experience there isno point calling ahead of time. Very bad experience ???? ???? disappointing to be the least. Love Quiznos. This location needs help. Came at lunch time only one person working there. And they were out of Italian white... bread. Customer service is poor. And the raspberry lemonade taste like garbage. Couldn't even drink the over charged cup thatisn't even branded. I'm guessing owner is cutting corners cause business is bad. But maybe business is bad because they cutcorners in the first place. Oh and they charge 99 cents for refills. I keep giving this location a chance cause they are only afew left. Very disappointing. Restrooms unavailable per owner. No postive receptive response to new customer. Really don't understand why... they are even open. The customer service experience was so poor I went to actual restaurant and spent $80.00 on ameal...@quiznos franchisee have to do better. Very disappointed. Read more
I didn't know Quiznos still existed. Went for old times sake. Still seems to be suffering COVID blues with no sauces, minimal... drinks, etc. Read more
