Who owns this franchise? I just watched no less then 3 people walk out without buying food because the guy behind the counter is... working by himself and mobile orders keep piling in. Had a 5 star experience this most recent time. I'm a big fan of subway restaurants and have been to many. This time the young... lady made my sandwich perfectly. That doesn't sound like much, but I have a complicated sandwich and am picky.
