I've been stoping for years but the pandemic stopped me from eating at a restaurant. This was my first " eat in " since & the... make over looks great. The same nice woman is working there & its always nice to see a familiar face. She remembered me & askedhow I was doing. Its the little things like that, that will push a business over the top! I wish I could remember her name. Itsa shame she wasn't the owner. Whatever she's making she deserves a raise & because of her I wish I could leave more that fivestars! Read more

The new store looks great. There are still signs on the door asking you not to dine in. Overall it is an improvement. I'd like... to see the restrictions on dine in lifted. Read more

Sorry to see the old one go, but the new facility is even nicer. Iht improvements on the drive through. The crew was friendly... and kept the line moving. Food was good, liked the new Fiesta Veggie Burrito. ETA: Google asked for an update, so her goes: stopped by after midnight and found them crew friendly and on top of things, order was perfect and the food was really wellprepared (cheesy bean and rice burritos can be tough to get right, these were outstanding). Love this Taco Bell. They have a very nice outdoor seating area and they have WiFi too. I came in one day with my laptop and... took care of some work. Internet speeds are good and the seating is comfortable. MOVE over Starbucks. Additionally, the staff isfriendly and quick. Never have to wait at this location. Read more

Ordered on the app, for some reason the store near my work Elkridge, MD was not taking app orders, so the order went to a... different store 30 minutes away. When I went to the store I thought it was ordered at, of course they didn't have my order andcouldn't help me. When I figured out what happened I called the other store No answer, called customer service, no answer. Lost almost $10. Have not been back to Any Taco bell! I tried a second time to call customer service, but still no answer. Read more

This taco bell skimps on their fillings. I almost never get a single serving of beef even when I order extra beef. Giving... up. Also, my last grilled cruchwrap might have been in the griller half the time it was supposed to be. And they weren't busy atall. Read more

I live close so I thought this would be a quick grab and go in the busy Saturday we had going on. Nope. Waited in line for ever.... Then had to wait for them to bring the food to my car. Suprise! Missing a taco had to go back through the drive through. As thelobby rightfully is closed. Also no hot sauce, no straw and if you see the pic the lack of ingredients was the same or worsethan this one. I have seen more ingredients in an empty box. 10/10 not going back to this one. I will drive a bit further in thefuture to the other one down the road. Spent $20+ on this garbage. Read more

There was long wait after placing the order. We waited about 20 minutes plus to get our food. Finally, the food arrived and... there was a hair inside the food. When I asked for replacement, the front desk guy was rude and he didn't even apologize. Theyjust didn't care about their customers. #wasteoftime #hair Read more
