Ice cream was delicious and prices were very reasonable for the area ($6.12 after tax for two scoops). The issue was that we... were the only ones waiting and the girl who was supposed to be attending looked at us about three times before she decided towalk over. The first time she glazed over she actually roll her eyes when she says standing there. But my wife turned to me andasked if she just looked at us like we thought. After she finally decided to attend to us and we ordered two scoops sheproceeded to give us a half a scoop of each flavor we ordered even though we ordered TWO scoops. My wife and I just looked ateach other like it was exceptionally stingy for no reason - no conflict that we perceived and we didn't call her out on theattitude we perceived. We sat down and enjoyed the ice cream but also watched what she gave me the person behind us who alsoordered two scoops as well as everybody else coming through and it was all substantially more. I was just below the top of thecup and there's was well over the top. But they should be consistent and there was no room for the attitude to begin with. Read more
Ben and Jerry's is my favorite ice cream place in town! You can get 2 scoops in the small cup when at most other places charge... more for a second flavor. I always feel like I get more for my money at this ice cream shop! My go to flavor is the strawberryshortcake and the fudgie brownie! They balance each other out well. They are also dog friendly and will give your pup and littlewhipped treat???? Their milkshakes are super good too, you pick the ice cream it's made out of. This location of the fabled Ben and Jerry?s does not live up to its name. The cashier was very rude and seemed agitated when me... and my friends came in to get some ice cream. And the ice cream wasn?t even very good. It?s also way expensive, but what do youreally expect when it?s at a prime tourist location. Would not recommend, there?s so many better dessert places on St Georgestreet. Read more

Staff was very helpful and understood exactly what VEGAN means! There were 3 VEGAN, NON-DAIRY options: Cold Brew Coffee Fudge... Chip, Coconut Almond Fudge Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough-- all 100% plant-based. We got all 3! For a small cup/cone, you get2 scoops, a great way to try a few flavours! Their sugar cone is vegan (waffle cone is not). Vegans and those who are lactoseintolerant (I happen to be both) really appreciate these options! Looking forward to trying more vegan flavours here! My daughter really liked their ice cream. One had the strawberry flavor and the other had the phish food flavor. I would... definitely take them here again, plus you can always find at least a 10% off coupon in all of the coupon booklets around St.Augustine. Read more

Was charged $31.75 for 3 smalls 1scoop in a cup and a baby cone. Pricing on the wall was not followed. The ice cream was super... soft and dripping when he handed it to me. Guy at the counter made us wait to pay until he finished his video game. 2/10 Read more
