Currently still waiting on food, but it is a peak gameday. The drinks have been disappointing in that I asked for a neat whiskey... and was given a shot glass of whiskey. A whiskey neats usually at least 2-3oz which was disappointing since the shot glasswasn't even full. Our server is wonderful, and so is the bartender, there just may be some lack of communication on my part, orI just shouldn't be allowed to pick at a bartender for having a light hand. Edit: The bartender avoids serving folks, andapparently is offended when you try to pay them in cash so you can at least tip the same amount your drink costs. He's terrible,and doesn't know how to take orders. Some of our party didn't even get their food until after we finished even though our orderswere in at the same time... It's everything I want in a sports establishment, good to great food and the staff is amazing. You might have to wait a while... for your server (on game day, they're working their hardest) to come back around so make sure when your server comes to yourtable you get your food and drink x2. 10 out of 10 Read more
Out of all of the restaurants in st Augustine that I have ever been to , this is one of the worst. And I only give it a two... because the nachos were good. My boneless wings were super over cooked and I could barely bite into it. The mac n cheese was dryas hell and had no salt at all. The fries are also very dry. Terrible service, but not because of one individual, but because of the awful display of teamwork. Today I waited 16 minutes for... someone to take my order. There?s one lady running around and one bartender who walks away when he sees people and another guysitting in his phone, with no hostess. There is zero communication between the workers. They need a better system because itobviously impedes on their ability to serve customers. Read more
Came here a few weeks ago down in Florida. We walked in and we probably waited 10 minutes to be seated, there was no one... standing at the hostess stand. The place was completely dead . Our service was okay, food was good, Everytime we eat here, wedon't ever leave having a 10/10 experience. BWW needs to hire nicer employees who smile when waiting on tables.
