Simply pathetic. You're gonna have several employees in the kitchen and only do drive thru? Y'all are in the middle of no where... and won't even let people enjoy some ac on a hot humid day? A super hostile and racist treatment by the manager mentions to me that we could not eat inside but behind us there was another... person who did not take out. I drove to Burger King for my son and I to get some dinner. We waited at the drive through for 12 minutes for someone to take... our order. They never came. I drove around the drive through and saw two employees inside one was in a booth talking on herphone and another was sitting with her. I got out of my car and tried to enter and the door was locked. I looked up and one ofthe employees stood right inside the door and said they were closed. This happened at the Burger King on State Road 207 andthe 95 interstate in Saint Augustine Florida. Took my order at drive through at 8:15 pm. After paying I was told that they didn't have part of my order. Two items were on a... digital code, so I was expecting free fries. After 20 minutes of waiting they offered me a refund. We got no food at all! Themanager kept saying sorry babe. Horrible service. Read more
The lady taking orders was very rude and I?m pretty sure it was the manager. When I pulled up to the window I asked for the... manager was told they was busy and told them that was fine I?ll wait. When she came to the window she was also very rude didn?teven apologize for the way her staff talked to the customer. If I could leave no star I would. The employees are hateful, rude, and rush you when you order (?is that it?? After every item).... They always claim to be out of anything you try to order. They close several hours earlier than posted times (closing at 6/7/8).Needs new management or to be b*rned to the ground. Either one would make it a better Burger King. Read more
There were no customers in front of me so I ordered pretty quick. It took over 10 minutes before they started on my order. There... were 4 lady employees and only one was working. The others 3 were talking and arguing. After 10 min I asked what the status wasand it had been sitting most of the 10 min and no one brought it to the counter. The lady that was doing all the work brought itto me and apologized. As expected, the order was wrong and had to be redone. When I finally got the order, I asked the lady ifshe was the manager. She said she was. I told her that the order was wrong and asked why she was the only one working. Read more
Sooo this burger king used to have the absolute worst service. The old staff would take forever, close early, refuse to answer... the drive through..just terrible. BUT since Stacy has been there the service has been sooo much better. She's efficient,accomodating, and deserves a raise. Read more
