Wonderful sports bar with lots of TV's and open space. It can get a bit noisy. Service was great. Alyssa was very sweet and... explained everything to us for our first visit. We started off with the southwest egg rolls which were hot and delicious, andcame with a sauce we snagged for later. Ordered some wings with the pirate sauce on the side and asked for extra crispy. A fewcould have been crisped up a bit more, but this is a problem I have anytime I order wings. I may need to tell the server to havethem burn them like I do when I order bacon. Wings were tasty and the sauces were very good. We also had an order with thecaribbean spice, enjoyed those as well. Love the ordering options for the sandwiches. Burger or chicken, you can ask for itseveral ways and with a large variety of toppings. My blackened chicken sandwich was juicy with a nice amount of spice, and thegrilled jalapeno and blue cheese crumbles just perfected the flavors. Other than the waffle fries were super crunchy like potato chips the food was good. The staff was friendly. However our waitress... ignored all of our empty drinks and didnt check in on us (they wasn't busy might have been 5 tables with guests). Ordered wings with traditional buffalo sauce mild flavor. The sauce was invisible sauce and the wings were as dry as the... Sahara. When I called back to say the wings had no sauce, I was told it soaks in and next time I should ask for extra sauce.No offer to make it right. Jaden was the best server we could have asked for. We have lived here for 15 years and this was our first time there. He was... super patient with all of our questions about the heat, sauces, and preparation styles. The wings were amazing! I?m not a fan ofsome of our local wing places. Dick?s wings is definitely my new favorite! I hope all of their staff is as efficient andfriendly as Jaden when we come back next time. I live in world golf village and I drive out of my way to come to this location. The cooks are amazing, my order is always right... and looks straight out of a magazine, even looks better than the menu photos! The staff is wonderful and so is Management. WhenI come here regardless of whether it is pick up or dine in, I will always drive farther to come to this location because of theservice..
