I'm usually really good with giving reviews for Dunkin' donuts because I love their coffee and I love that breakfast wraps.... However, the first time I came to this particular one I asked for hazelnut swirl and on the way out realized they gave meunsweetened hazelnut and the girl said, oh yeah, we're out of that. ?Ashanti? the manager or however you spell her name definitely hates her life. She?s rude for absolutely no reason? doesn?t know... simple Menu items, and lied about how much espresso is in a small compared to a small because she doesn?t know. Uploading thevideo of her that my car camera recorded. Corporate will be contacted and I?ll make sure she is replaced as manager. Hello Friends, So, I went to this DD and order two toasted bagels with cream cheese. The amount of cream cheese was pinch of it... and you an see the clearly that they gave just tosted bagels. So, I asked to person that did you see the amount of creamcheese? And she said "why it's not enough?". After that I don't have any more questions to ask, in between other person came andtold me if you want I can give you your money back for bagels. Not good customer service. I really don't know what ishappening with great America which we all know and lived in? It's like suddenly changed everything and no business (small, mid,large) care about customer service any more. This manager is awful. This place would get 0 stars. The manager was rude and just because it?s a Saturday, doesn?t give you the... right to be rude. I asked for hash browns and they gave me burnt hash browns. I asked for another one and this is what they gaveme. I had a free reward for a beverage and they still charged me. Friendly and prompt drive thru service. Ordered 4 large hot chocolates and a dozen donuts. Donuts were fresh. Hot chocolates... were hot, but tasted more like a creamy milk drink rather than having a stronger chocolate taste. Nice location, clean, plentyof parking. Easy access to freeway. Read more
We ordered two drinks in drive thru and i waited 10 mins at the window watching my drinks just sitting there on the counter... while the employees we fooling around and making everyone orders then someone finally came to the window asking what are wewaiting for then they were like hold on gave me one of my drinks because they forgot to make the other drink when we got ourdrinks they filled the coffee halfway and the other drink 3/4 way told them that we are paying for drinks and there not filledthe kid at window said company policy and closed the window was trying to get a receipt so i can call they never came back towindow Read more
