I just ordered a sandwich and paid $15 for it to be delivered. The roll was stale and the tomatoes were frosted and had zero... flavor. The pickles were old and clear and had no pickle flavor. The lettuce was brown and the cucumbers were clear. They addedalmost no avocado spread. They literally put a tiny bit in the cheese to cover the fact that they didn?t put any on thesandwich. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE APPARENTLY BY A ?MANAGER?. I walked in from a long day of work, not to mention I?m big and... pregnant. I?m really hungry and I?m the mood for a tuna sub. I love the tuna. As stated I walked in and the employee at frontcounter looks me dead in my face and turn his head and starts talking back with 2 people eating. Fine. I gave him a moment to atleast greet me. I?m already ready because I know what I wanted. He then looked me in my face again and said nothing with anunpleasant look on his face and snatched a glove. So I politely left because at this point I?m uncomfortable and feltdisrespected. I turned around when I got out the door and he was laughing and talking like he did not just disrespect and lose apaying customer! I immediately called and asked for a manager. I really wish they would add a tip option on their card payment. With labor shortages it's really nice to have these guys... busting their butts to make sure we can grab a quick lunch for under $10. Read more

I've been ordering from this location since they opened. Ordered some freaky fast delivery because I had a lot to do and had to... get going. I waited over an hour then called. I was told my ordered had been canceled because no drivers. The order tracker saidout for the delivery. I asked the guy on the phone why no phone call was made to let me know the food was not coming, he saidwell we're busy... I'm busy too and don't appreciate my time being wasted. A couple days after I left my my review JimmyJohn's did reach out to me and gave me an opportunity to voice my discontent. I appreciate that, and in that conversation Ifelt that they made things right. I also appreciate the pro active approach that they took. I find it ridiculous that, because a promotion that has to be used online and DOESN'T WORK, a store can't accommodate. It's even... worse when the representative on the phone catches attitude because of it. If you can see my order history, you'd see I'm aregular. Sucks that I won't be anymore. I?ve been ordering every week, 24 sandwiches at a time, to feed those in need. Yesterday the manager called me about my order to... tell me they had no bread left, without introducing himself or offering a solution. I then asked for the sandwiches to bedelivered the next day. I called the following morning and they said they would be here by 1, and they didn?t come until after2. I looked at the sandwich I was feeding the Houseless and it?s 2 pieces of bacon, one tomato, and not even a handful ofshredded lettuce. They also didn?t mark half of the sandwiches so I didn?t know what I was passing out. This was embarrassing.Not ordering again. Read more
