Nasty customer service. Went in to buy food. Employees hide at the back. No one is infront. drive thru has no light on it and... its just 8oclock. I got chips and not even 1/4 of the bag. I hope they stop hiring lazy workwers who dont even know how to dotheir job and take it seriously. Management should do something about it. Read more

Don?t let them tell you they?re short staffed because it?s a lie. They want to only hire people who they can easily pay minimum... wage. The food is basic and not worth the price you?re way better off going to chipotle where the food is fresh and not days old:)! Read more

I'm just gonna say no one in my party was very impressed with the food here. The person making my food popped a chip in her... mouth while making my food and wearing gloves she didn't change. The restaurant was dark and not especially clean. Food wasnot great. Read more

I went to Moe's anticipating the "Welcome to Moe's" greeting. That didn't happen, and I was like okay, no problem. When I got in... line, the service worker didn't inform me of my choices. So I told her I would like a bowl. I was a little put off because thefood did not look fresh, and this was at the lunch hour. I asked for adobo chicken in my bowl the young lady gave me the lastlittle scoop and didn't offer to refill the chicken until the next customer asked for the same thing. I like okay, I went alongbuilding my bowl. Then I asked for some ranch sauce. Both bottles were empty and the other young lady went to the back to refillthem. I waited until the customer behind me paid for his bowl and just left and went to Chipotle around the corner where thecustomer services was better and the food fresher. Read more

I was so happy that a MOE's was coming to town. We already have lots of Tex Mex restaurants but none of them have queso as good... as Moe's! I went inside today because the drive thru headsets are all broken, according to the sign. There was one person inthere. It's really sad that not one other employee was able to come and help for lunch rush when this woman, I assume a manager,could easily have not opened the store at all. Instead she does the right thing and is probably gets complaint after complaintfrom customers about something that is not her fault and beyond her control. I waited 20 minutes for my food and it was worthevery second I waited because it was delicious and despite being under a ton of pressure, the one employee in there was nice andhad great customer service. I hope that places like this will be able to pay their employees more and make it a better place towork. Because it will inevitably become normal for one or two people to work, shorter hours and lower quality, although the foodhere is high quality. I hope Moe's can take the measures to save this restaurant and make it a place everyone wants to eat andwork. Read more

I have been here more than once, and have only had one other issue with my queso, there was just a bunch of chicken thrown in... there. However, tonight when I went was the worst, I ordered a Homewrecker Junior, and I know it?s not actually going to be 10inches, as that?s just how big the tortilla is, but I expect it to be at least 7-8 inches, not the 4 inches I received tonight.While, I was upset about this I was not rude or angry when I called to explain my frustration and that I just wanted my mealreplaced, but in return I was told that this isn?t their fault, and there?s nothing that they could do, so once again notrudely, I said ?if you can?t do anything, just get me a manager please? and unfortunately I don?t remember the employees name,but he took my call at 6:31 PM on February 15th, 2022, and said ?You know what!? then hung up on me. Never in my experiencebeing there have I ever been treated like that, and this visit most likely cost them my business. Read more

The food here was not very good. As I understand they've recently opened and I am willing to cut them some slack. However we've... visited 3 times at different times of the day now, and we've had these problems: 1st photo ? My bowl had burnt meat, hadordered steak and received burnt chicken instead. 2nd photo ? Homewrecker Burrito was made poorly, in comparison with 3rd and4th picture, my girlfriend's burrito is a more accurate size for the burrito. This happened twice, and I was the unlucky sizeboth times. Unacceptable that they'd have two burritos on the same order and one should look like that. The lime rice was alsohard and difficult to chew, also was given chicken instead of steak. The reason why I'm giving a 2 star review is because themanager made the effort to help us when we complained. However the workers definitely need to pay more attention to what they'reserving people, if it can be burnt it can just as well be uncooked. Read more

This was our first time coming to Moe's and dined inside - it was amazing! From the friendly greeting to the personal... attention to our food. Based on some of the other reviews I assume the people either had ridiculous expectations or onlycomplained to complain. When my family dines out I expect good quality food and friendly service and was greeted by both. Thismay have been our first visit, but we'll all be back again! Read more
