Excellent service. Great food, hot and fresh. Was served proudly with a smile. Vasquez was the nicest person we have met in St... Augustine. Manager Joseph was also very kind. The team seems to take pride in this location. We had to wait for Joseph to finishcleaning the bathrooms to tell him what a great experience we had. Nice to see a manager get in there and help. Also, the storewas very clean after what looked like was probably a very busy day. 5 stars for a saint of a woman working today named Jamie. I had my hands full with a rambunctious toddler. She helped carry my... food to the table, grab napkins and silverware, set up a high chair, and offered to get our drinks. She was under no obligationto do so but helped anyway. Thank you Jamie ?? Great take out service. Food was delicious, hot, fresh. Ordered the family diner which was well packaged with small containers... of food all inside a larger box to hold everything and make easy to transport. Includes all sauces plus fortune cookies. Familyenjoyed the dinner. Read more
Always under staffed and always waiting on food to be made. They need to offer more than 15 dollars an hour. If your only going... to have three people in the store during lunch. Get ready to waste a lot more time than you expected. Read more

Honestly... It was the cleanest, most efficient, fastest and friendliest panda express I've ever been to. You expect very little... of fast food places but this place had EVERYTHING going on for it. Despite the staff being very kind and courteous, I was really disappointed with the way this restaurants conducts business. As... part of my meal I ordered honey sesame chicken which comes with string beans. When I picked up my meal the man at the windoweven said that I had orange chicken ordered and I said no and asked to confirm if it was the honey sesame instead and he saidyes absolutely. When I open up the box there?s orange chicken with sesame seeds add inside. Not a big deal. So I return to therestaurant so ask if they can correct the order. Their response was that it was a sesame honey chicken and then I asked why isthere orange in it and no string beans? They then said something along the lines of they are out of the string beans andingredients for the honey sesame chicken said they?re just substituting it with orange chicken. Which is a completely differentitem. Why couldn?t they just say they were out of it when I ordered? It?s just these little dishonest things that really make nosense to me. Why does it have to be so complicated? Just say that you?re out of the item or that you can?t serve it as itadvertised? Instead of just serving me a completely different item and hoping I wouldn?t notice even after confirming in personat the drive-through window that I indeed receive a honey sesame chicken and was lied to my face.
