This store was a mess. Dirty tables with dishes on them. It just had a dirty unkept feel about it. The kitchen was a wreck from... what we could see. Rude employees. Ruby took our order and kept saying ? What?? With an attitude. Don?t let her name fool you,she?s no gem! My bagel was cut so crooked that the thinnest side was too crisp. No lids for my cup that I had to ask for. It?ssad that you can?t get employees that appreciate their customers and like their jobs these days. Customer respect and service isa thing of the past. I can't tell you how disappointed I was eating at Panera Bread this afternoon. I had a tuna sandwich and tomato soup. The bread... was stale. There was a minimum amount of tuna on sandwich maybe at most a table spoon. The soup was luke warm. I was withcompany so didn't complain. Read more
First, let me say, I love Panera!! However, this is is twice in the past few weeks at this location and I ordered a Fuji Apple... Chicken salad, and I get it home and it has no apples! I get that perhaps they are out of apples, but please tell me so I canchange my mind on what I order if I don?t want the salad without the apples!! What is the Fuji Apple Chicken salad without theapples!! ??????????? Also, the Broccoli Cheddar soup is like broth. Very disappointing! Read more
Nice dining area. Line to place my order was a little long, but moved along well. I ordered the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken... I also ordered a chocolate chip muffie. Loved the cookie. Salad was very good, I just wish it had more chicken. 4.5 stars. Read more
Please like & share our reviews! Wheelchair accessible. We frequent this Panera Bread rather than the one close to home. We love... the employees here. We visit this location weekly. Not understanding why such poor ratings. Service has been exceptional and thefood always good quality. Each weekday the drive thru is wrapped around like chik fila. Busiest time seems to be right at noon.If you dine in, there is occassionally an employee on the floor who is hearing impaired but she can read lips. Please do not berude. (She wears a vest so folks know who she is.) Highly recommend the Napa Chicken sandwich...wow. My kids are flip flopcookie addicts and we love the tomato soup. Read more
I?ve been going here for the last 2 months while I?m taking a course nearby. The unlimited sips is definitely worth it for those... who get drinks often. I used to get food here as well but I had a hair in my chicken/avocado wrap so I stopped getting food andonly get drinks now. I?ve probably gotten about 30-40 Chai Tea Lattes in the last two months, these taste amazing but aren?tpart of the unlimited sips and cost $5.10 each. Today I got my latte and it felt light so I opened it and it was 60% foam.Clearly something was wrong with the machine today so I went back to get it filled up. Instead of apologizing and fixing thedrink, the staff told me that the latte is supposed to come with a cap of foam. A ?cap? of foam isn?t the same thing as a ?cup?of foam. I?m attaching a picture of what was left after I scooped out the foam, this was before I took a single sip. It?s about50% full in the picture but since the cup is wider at the top, it?s actually only about 40% full. Ultimately she did end upremaking my drink. No one would pay $5.10 for that little drink. So when you get drinks here, please double check before youdrive off so you don?t waste time and gas after. Read more
Got the new chicken sandwich and french onion soup. The chicken sandwich is not a good value for the $10 they charge. Sandwich... is on the small side for the price, have had better at fast food places. The french onion soup, what a huge disappointment. Ittasted like tomato soup. The bathroom was filthy and both stalls inoperable, no one could use the ladies bathrooms. I used tolove Panera, not so much now. After spending $31 for two for lunch, without drinks, do not think we will be returning. Read more
Extremely disappointing visit. They were out of not only all of their lemonade and teas, but also their CO2 machine wasn't... working so although I wasted almost $5 for 1 large lemonade and ended up not getting a drink at all (Not to mention they werealso out of their Large cups and lids) To make matters worse they forgot to put any utensils in my bag and unlike most people Iunfortunately do not have access to silverware and eating turkey chili is very difficult without a spoon.
