I received a Half full order of very cold and stale fries. Burger patties were not the normal size I believe they were kid size... Pattie?s. Teeny tiny patties! The dining tables outside were all dirty and the Cement walkways are horrid. Dark staining and itlooks like a very soggy garbage bag was drug across it. Very very dirty. Read more
I've always got good food there but the people that work the drive thru need to learn how to count change. My order was $8.82... and I gave her a $20 dollar bill, she gave me 12 cents back. I realized that was not right so I told her and then she said Oh...and handed me the rest of my change $11.00. She still shorted me 6 cents. It's obviously not about the coins but I kinda thinkshe tried to keep my $11...after I got to thinking about it ???? Read more
I ordered two burgers a double bacon with lettuce and tomato and a regular double with lettuce ,tomato, pickle. What I received... was two burgers with no tomatoes, soggy lettuce and no bacon on the #3 that I ordered and paid extra for! When I buzzed the ladyand told her I was missing the bacon and tomato off of the burgers she brought out a container of tomato and bacon and expectedus to put it on our own sandwich. I didn?t order it to make it myself, when confronting the lady again she argued that I had notasked her to Re make the sandwich, so we asked politely for her to remake it. Only one burger was Re made and given to us in themost sloppy way possible. For this , we don?t know if we will be able to trust this location , their food , and customer serviceagain. Went there later than expected for a quick bite but was not very fresh.. seemed like food was an afterthought. Burger... (requested without cheese) was supposed to come with Lettuce Tomatoe and onions but was just a small overcooked patty on a bun.They did fix the issue but still not very tasty. I pulled in, ordered a burger. Waited over 30 minutes until I finally asked. Worker yelled at me, said she gave my burger to #10... spot, didn't read screen right, said I'm at #18, I actually was at #19, she was confused and blamed ME for ordering via machinewhere parked. But other customers had no problems getting food way after me But yelling at me!!! When I was t angry etc. Littledid she know, my burger was $5.10, and I had a $4.90 tip! Then she said/ yelled I'll make you a burger right. Ow or do you wanta refund. I said I'm not going to eat here!! She said I'll refund you then. Guess what guys ... I hadn't paid yet! Are you youreally that STUPID??? I immediately left and called corporate demanding to look at video and hear the audio. Don't eat thereguys... Anyone sooooooooo rude, hostile, that forgetful with everything... Do you really think the kitchen is clean? Do you youenjoy food made with careless and anger and a total negative hostile person delivering it to you??? My wife was picking up some food after her long work shift for her and I. After 40 mins waiting in a drive through, which mind... you only 4 cars long of a line, as she drove away, she realized the bag wasn't hot. So she opened up to see what was in there.She had ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a large fry and coke for her and a jumbo popcorn chicken and a large tot for me. Inthe bag was a burger with a small fry, a small popcorn chicken and no tots, after that long waiting and being told they areclosed and there is nothing they can do she asked for a manager, who preceded to act like it was no big deal and was completelyrude, no apology, even for the long wait, twice. She then was given the food you will see in the photos below. (Notice thecontainers are half empty and bacon cheeseburger had no bacon or cheese) I used to love sonic as a kid, when we didn't have onehere and I rarely got to enjoy it. But the one here has been nothing but an utter disappointment since they opened. Maybe thisreview will help others choose something better. Read more
The cherry limeade is well known for being good. Burgers are good. Be careful how you order a burger. If you want an item left... off your burger, be specific. Don't say plain cheese burger or you'll get a bun, patty, and cheese. Name ALL you want on theburger. Seems simple til they hear wrongly what you are asking for. Read more
