Got blocked in at drive thru this morning because two employees were smoking a joint with a customer who stopped in front of me.... The customer was apparently so high, he could not pull his car up enough to allow me to pass. To make it worse, one employeewho was smoking the joint went back inside and continued to prepare and serve food while the other continued to get high withthe customer. I informed the young lady at the window that their actions were inexcusable. Honestly, I should have simply calledthe health department. I finally had to back up enough to pull around him. First of all. This Wendy's was spotless. Tables,counters, all very clean! The help was welcoming, smiles all around. Merry had a... chicken sandwich. She thought it was not generous enough. I had the 16oz double cheese. With fries. The double was wonderful!Big and juicy. Fries were hot and delicious. Both meals with drinks came to $15.00-$16.00! I'll be back! Read more
Where to start? Employees are terrible, rush you through your order, close early often (much like the BK next door) always out... of potatoes no matter what time you go. Pos down. Cash only. No cash. Card only. Etc Employees are anything but helpful andrarely smile or say anything at all that?s not rude. As if it?sa bother that they have to work. I?m visiting from Texas and my family and I decided to eat here for lunch before going to the historic district. An elderly lady... took my order, very politely, but the young white teen with long hair in a ponytail was beyond rude! I was initially just giventhe fries and nuggets in a bag and so I went back up to the counter and the young literally threw the burgers in the bag andtossed the bag at without saying anything at all! The French fries were fantastic!!! Better than McD's!! Now the BAD part???? My baconator was TERRIBLE!! I COULD OF USED THE MEAT... FIR BRAKE PADS!! They looked like they were 3-5 days sitting in the sun!!! I wasn't about to drive another 5 miles to take itback!! Read more
I always enjoy this Wendy's most people don't see it because it's hidden off the highway. Every time I've been here the fries... have been fresh and the nuggets have been good. My most recent trip I wanted a frosty, and my fiancé too. Both were good andthe "machine wasn't broken" aka someone else we all know. Thanks Wendy's for always being fresh! Read more

The young girl working the drive through today was extremely rude. It took quite a while to be able to place my order (its... Wendy's, so i dont mind). I get to the window and the employee did not say a single word, just took my card and disappeared forat least 3 minutes, she finally arrives and hands my card back, not a single word, no receipt, and she shuts the window. Atthis point im confused, so i just sit there and wait. Do i pull up? Did my card not go through? What happened?... After 5minutes of sitting there i see a hand waving me to come to the second window, so i pull up. The same young girl was there beingrude again. She rolled her eyes and said "girl, you're doing to much". She continues to be rude and even slams the window shutafter i received my food. Im not a "Karen" however i work hard for my money and i have a short lunch break. I chose wendys andi got an extremely poor Visit so i decided to call the location to just inform the manager of the situation. As soon as icalled and asked for a manager, the employee hangs the phone up. So, i went inside and expressed my issues to the manager. Iunderstand that the service industry deals with alot of rude customers and negativity however this time it was from theemployees. If the employee hates her job and customers so much, she should consider quitting. Dont ruin my lunch break withyour bad attitude. Read more
