Always had a mediocre meal. Last visit cashier could not figure out how ring our order correctly. Very pricey for fast food.

Me, and my kids always love some Zaxbys, but like every other restaurant, it depends on location. We were on vacation in St.... Augustine and stopped to eat here, and it was great! I always get the 4 piece Chicken fingers plate, my kids get the Zax snack,and Kiddie finger meal. All of our food was cooked great! Better then the one in our own town. Can't say it's really different than any other chicken joint. Good straight forward good.

They changed the salads (no more black and blue) and want to you to pay $10 for a regular salad with no sauce on the chicken... offered and $10.40 for a Cobb salad. Probably won?t be back. Plenty of places to get a better takeout salad. Read more

Compared to another "fast food" have we visited today, this place was awesome. You can really tell where the staff are happy in... what they do, compared to other places. We arrived 30 minutes before closing, but felt no pressure to eat fast or get out. Theplace was very clean, the service fast and the food nice and fresh. Read more

Exceptional brand new Zaxby's! Easy turn off US 1 & Wildwood tucked behind the trees. Impeccable service, super clean. Very... friendly, welcoming staff. All the staff looked genuinely happy to be there. Order was 100% accurate, made fresh to order, andwas very flavorful. Didn't need to wait long for our food at all. Lots of seating. Ample parking. Three restrooms:unisex/family, wheelchair accessible women's, wheelchair accessible men's. Very clean! Nice sidewalks and bike path leading toit if you're not driving to it.
