The young man that was in charge at noon today was rude! He acted like customers were a bother to him.
I'm going to give it a 2 star because the food is always good and normally the staff is very friendly. I had to go in tonight... because no one would answer the phone. Once I got in the store and said hello the young men didn't even respond, just looked atme and then tried to decide which one was going to make the sandwich. I ordered a sandwich for the other Todd County dispatcherand told them exactly how she wanted it made said double toasted and when she opened the sandwich it wasn't double toasted, theymissed the bacon and the flatbread was soft. When did the Elkton subway get so bad? I ordered online. Had to fight to get my drinks. Realized I didn't get my chips and had... to go back in agin. Then get home and they completely made my sandwich wrong. Read more
I like that this Subway location is so close to home, about 6 or 7 minutes away. I liked the way the store was before they... remodeled, but it is what it is. The girls that take my order are usually always sweet and quick. My husband and I usually goget food anywhere between 6pm-8pm. Read more
It would be 5 stars if they honored more of the App deals. I guess because they are the only subway in a like 20 minute driving... radius, they don't have to participate in app deals because they know people will pay for convenience. I order subway often andonly once have I been able to get the BOGO Free or $5 footlong when you buy 2. Read more
This subway is fast and clean, usually very friendly environment, and runs most deals that other Subways run. I enjoy my visit... every time! Read more
The new crew was rude as hell and literally for no reason. Got smart with my wife about a coupon and when they realized they... were actually wrong in every way, was STILL rude to her and kept saying what they was wrong about.. you'd think at their age,they'd know how to speak to someone with respect. Especially a customer. Was the older African American women and the heavierAfrican American women that was acting beyond disrespectful. The younger light skinned African American was the one thatcorrected the older ones. She was actually really nice. The others however, we're awful enough that our 3 visits there per weekare now none at all... They literally put enough meat and toppings to decently cover less then half a 6inch sub... I'm so notkidding either isn't close to being worth the money now... My 50 lb 5 yr old was able to eat a whole foot long and she was stillhungry... Smh Read more
