I would have given this Arby's 3 stars, but the friendly employee in the drive through earned an extra star. Crinkle fries were... overcooked - crunchy and greasy. Roast beef sandwich was overcooked. There was a delay, and the spot where they asked me topull up to did not seem safe. If we visit again, and have a more positive experience, I will re-do the review. Read more
Fish strips and fries cooked in burnt grease. All Dark in color, not Golden Brown and tasted like burnt grease.
It's 9:48 PM and they close at 10PM. I understand it's fast food, I understand they start at 12.50$ as they are hiring. What I... don't understand is why are you closed at 9:48PM when your store hours say 10. Clearly Arby's does not want our business nor payemployees enough to stay open full operating hours. I love Arby's hence me going cause the quality is better than most otherfast food places. Just disappointed cause I wanted to spend my money on good food. I'm posting this after 10 PM as I had to goelsewhere since Arby's closes early on the weekend! The woman working the counter and the window at the drive-thru was terrible she screwed up the water and on top of it had no... clue when we tried to explain that we didn't want the drinks they had since they're fountain City machine was broke and kepttrying to push iced tea on us. The food was very good. The weight in the drive-through line was a bit long. It was an enjoyable meal but like most places... anymore it was a bit pricey for fast food. I had the turkey and Swiss sandwich and it was put together quite well. It wasactually refreshing to see a sandwich that did not look like it was thrown together like a fast food Burger. Read more
Good food. Good choices. Good value. Friendly service just a little slow sometimes. BUT I appreciate they show up!!
