Not good service at all!!!! I've had several issues with politeness prior but my son loves their sushi. I placed an pick up... when I got there they didn't have my order.... no problem but then they messed up my order and started SCREAMING at me. I wasso shocked. Then I asked for a refund, they refused and said they will remake. Prior I ordered delivery, paid over the phoneand added a tip. When they delivered my son signed and took the food, they yelled at him and said, I drove all the way herewhere is my tip. Son was only 17 he didn't know what to say. Used to be the best Chinese takeout in Elkton. The sauces have changed. Now to sweat and a sour after taste.
The food is really good however the service is terrible. They are rude & ignorant. I have been ordering from them since they... opened & to think if you are a long time customer, that you would be treated with respect & gratitude. The last two times we got delivery we were missing an item. This time we ordered a $54.00 meal and of course we were missing our... food. We called and wanted our food that was missing. They wanted us to pay for it even though it's on the reciept and the menucircled. They come back to our house with the missing food and pretty much hold it hostage until we pay. My husband had to actlike a crazy person and pack all the food up to give back and told them we want a refund before they would give us our food thatwas already paid for. Read more
This review has been a long time coming: For people looking for takeout: Their food is actually really good! Sushi rolls are... surprisingly on point and wonderful. You can't really go wrong with Asian Boy from a food quality perspective. They are alsotypically really fast with delivery as well. (I clocked them at about 18 minutes once after I submitted the order.). Only oneparticular instance they took almost two hours. I don't know if they were swamped with orders or what. For Asian Boy: On a fewoccasions we've paid for expensive specialty rolls and received... a different roll. For instance tonight we ordered aChesapeake Bay roll and received a Superman roll instead. That was just a bummer as we were excited to try something different. These guys would be a 5/5 if they could wrangle in those occasional mix ups. Read more
First off I have to say that if you are ordering via the phone, try to use the numbers on the menu. Also, it's best to order via... the internet (less chance for a mistake, plus you can pay with any tip at the same time). Secondly, they seem to only have onedelivery driver at a time. So if they are slammed with orders, you will have to wait. It's best to get take out and notdelivery, order online, and pay via card/add tip at the same time. Also, I haven't ordered sushi here, but what I have orderedis by far the best of anything in this area (Cecil county and New Castle county). Good Chinese is few and far between aroundhere (My grandparents and great-grandparents used to live in China, so they would make Chinese food at home). Read more
