I remember when CFA was known for their customer service. What happened to that lmao? The last few times I?ve been here and gone... through the drive-thru my orders been wrong. I remember after you used to order the employee would repeat your order back to youto ensure that everything was correct. They don?t do that anymore and they need to because I'm tired of paying their prices andnot getting what I ordered. The energy/enthusiasm isn?t the same as it once was, no real complaints about the food when I getwhat I actually ordered. Read more
the food would taste better if the terrible experience didn?t leave me with a bad taste. if you go through the drive thru,... expect to wait at least 30 minutes. If you go in, they screw you over by not even starting your order for 10 minutes. When Iworked here, we got in trouble if we took more than 5 minutes on an order, now their whole screen is orders waiting for a longtime. a new coat of paint doesn?t fix a terribly managed facility. went today to get the new menu item..spicey grilled deluxe chicken sandwich. It was excellent, unfortunately had to wait along... time as they had shut down one of their lanes and did not let people in left line know they had to merge to the right. Ofcourse people on right were also hungry and wouldn't let the left lane merge into their lane. Someone could have directedtraffic for an even flow. By the time we got to pickup window our food was cold. It did reheat well after we got home. Read more
Service is 5 star location is 2 stars so I give it 4. I hate the area this chick-fil-a is in, the traffic to get in is... ridiculous it almost deters you from going. But once your in line, it does move fairly quickly Read more
My son just loves their ???? Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, Waffle Fries and their Vanilla Shakes (w/Whipped Cream & Fresh Cherry on... top). Them shakes must be good because he won't eat whipped cream from any other place not even home. My son gives this place 20Stars... Lol.. Read more
