Well who takes the time to write a review of a Pizza Place? I NOW DO! I have not written many reviews but my last one was very... difficult to write. Not this one! I found that when writing a "VERY POSITIVE" review people don't pay much attention to poorspelling and grammar. I have lived in the community here for about 13 years after living in Italy for a few years. (hold thatthought). I am not sure who owns this location but I trust they treat the Elkton crew like a MILLION DOLLARS because that ishow I felt after I picked up my Pizza at this location recently. The employees (more than one) greeted me with a smile as Iwalked in (although it was clear everyone was busy). I had been under lot of stress lately and it was so painfully clear asstuttered and stumbled through my order but the lady taking my order was extremely patience. (clearly ignoring the fact that ithad been awhile since I have eaten a LC Pizza,). Not that that alone worth a "TEN" STAR rating. I had decided I had better waitoutside for my Pizza and smoke a cigarette. But what topped the cake was that when my Pizza was close to being done anotheryounger lady (who I now know was the other ladies' granddaughter) popped her head out the front door to let me know it wasalmost ready, and ask me if I would like her to bring it out. (I was little embarrassed because I was not sure whether she/theydid it because they are always that helpful or they realized I was having an "off day" and just need the help. Either way "HatsOff" to this hometown family crew. (Oh.. back to the Pizza review) Now I can't say that my family and I exactly agree all thetime but for PIZZA we all agree without reservation that a simple cheese (thin crust) pizza from Little Caesars Pizza is thepizza that reminds of our "home" across the ocean. WELL, UNFORTUNATELY IT WASN'T THIS PARTICULARLY THIS LOCATION, UNFORTUNATELY FOR MYSELF, FOR SOME REASON, I'M NOT ABLE TO EAT... LITTLE CAESAR'S PIZZAS BECAUSE EVERY SINGLE TIME I DID EAT ONE, IT AUTOMATICALLY UPSET MY STOMACH FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON. SO IQUIT EATING THEM FOR A LONG TIME, BUT I TRIED THEM AGAIN, BUT YET THE SAME THING HAPPENED, I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHY, BUT YET,UNFORTUNATELY I'M UNABLE TO EAT LITTLE CAESAR'S PIZZAS BECAUSE THEY DON'T AGREE WITH ME!! They never answer the phone so you can pick up your pizza, I hate that " NEVER "
This is my families weekly Friday night treat. Sometimes a pizza will be a little over cooked, but never so terribly that it's... an issue. I would say what do you expect for $5. But that was before this administration and bidenflation turned the $5 pizzasinto $7+ pizzas. Read more
I just had the most pleasant experience with Katie at Little Seasons on Rt 40. I walked in and told her I needed a minute to... look at the menu.( it has been over 15 years since I've been in a Little Ceasars )Her customer service was exceptional. Shetreated me like she had all the time in the world to answer my questions. I saw her treat the customer behind me the very sameway. Read more
Look I love 5 dollar pizzas that are fast and ready when you order them. On this visit someone right before I pulled up had... ordered like 6 pizzas so there was no hot and ready stock. That's not a huge problem but it did take the better part of 20minutes to get my order after the fact. There were many factors to why that happened and honestly I have been here before andthey always have good service including this night it was just hectic. Read more
Can never reach them on the phone and 2 time I have been in shortly before closing to be told they've shut the oven off. Would... not recommend this location to anyone... In my years that I worked a pizza restraunt ovens were the last thing we turned off.Seems staff doesn't want to work. Read more
