Great service. Good crabs. Odd that butter is extra and sides from the picnic bar was different. Food was tasty and good.
Best fried oysters I have had in years. Not the best ever, but a good 8 out of ten. Prices are not fantastic but definitely not... the highest by any measure. Will absolutely be going back. I gave it four stars but 4.5 is more accurate. Read more

Looks like a nice little shop... Didnt get to try anything.. came at 715 and they said.. no seating or takeout.. they are not... taking any people or orders.... So I drove 40minutes for no reason... They say they close at 9... And stop seating an hourprior.. but I guess they should edit the time to whenever they choose... I might try them out again... But for now 1 star due tothe waste of time.. and the lady seemed like she had an attitude as soon as we entered... Read more
This was some of the best crabs we have had in a while. Server and staff was very very friendly food was awesome. Drinks were... well made. Megan was the bomb so friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone we came in contact was was great. Highlyrecommended. Fyi. Also was able to accommodate a party of 18 with 45 Minutes notice. Worth the trip from Philly. Read more
I can honestly say their crabs are the best crabs I?ve ever had in my life they were so juicy and hot.. the buffet was ok the... fried chicken was great! It was just really hot in there and short staff, my drink was watered down and the tables weren?t asclean as they should have been. This is not a review, just my two cents. I know it?s hard to keep good wait staff/servers in your employment, but for me good... service is a game breaker deciding if I come back or not. I went to your restaurant a couple years before Cove hit and as Iremember, things were fine. Now, I?m a pretty good cook, I don?t need to go out very often, but when I do I always look for agood experience. If the food is bad, you remember, but if the service is bad, that?s hard not to forget. Everything I?m sayinghere is well known by everybody, but I feel managers need to be on their game to detect good and bad servers, and if you can?thave good servers eventually you won?t have customers. The food can be fantastic, but when I have to stand up and go find anextra napkin I asked for 10 minutes ago, or extra butter, etc.? You get my point. When things are very busy I think we are allunderstanding that it?s gonna take a few minutes to get something, but when the room is half full waiting 10 minutes forsomething is unacceptable. I always start out at 20% gratuity, and when I leave happy, trust me, my server will be happy also.Bottom line, I don?t care how hard it is to get people to work nowadays, you can?t put people in the position where they justdon?t belong and expect to make money. The food it makes is consistently good. I particularly like to go on Fridays for their snow crab leg specials. They also have... live music on Fridays in the summer which is always nice. The last few times we have been there, the staff haven't been asfriendly and attentive as in past visits. I'm hoping that is just because they were short- stafed and isn't a new trend. Read more
