So the registers were down but there was a tech guy working on it. Tonight I have experienced a good example of teamwork while... trying to keep everything running by cash. They were fast, got the lines down through the drive thru as fast as they could andthe one guy did the math in his head, trying to make things as correct as possible. I was impressed by their determination andcustomer service. They did not let a big tech problem stop them from providing the best customer service that they could, evenwhile highly stressed. I wish I could leave a review on the website, but seeing as their registers were down, I couldn't get areceipt to do one. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This is a chicken restaurant that doesn?t have chicken! Have a craving for a 4 piece or the world famous... chicken sandwich? Well, guess what more than likely they will tell you they don?t have it! I have a suspicion the inmates arerunning the asylum here and only want to work when they want to work. The off chance when they do have your order available itwill be a 20-30 minute wait! I get it that most Popeye?s are slow especially as more south you go and that is expected. However,what is not acceptable is that the location does not have chicken! I once got a large soda with one ice cube in it! Ask yourselfis this what is acceptable for you when the dollar is shrinking and every penny matters? Time also is money. Never again will I go back to this location. The Spanish crew that were working tonight were all just playing around, ignoring... their customers and just didn?t seem to care at all about being there. Payed $50 for a mobile order 15-20 prior to arriving atthe restaurant only to wait an additional 40 minutes for my order, and after receiving my order my partner realized that wedidn?t even get our drinks that he ordered. When I started asking and complaining about where my order is, all they told me, whowas an assistant manager at an old job where food were made to order, was that it was going to take time. I?m fine if it?s about5-10 minutes wait but when people who were behind me were receiving their orders that were not placed through their phones andleaving I was understandably mad and upon asking for a refund not once did they even give me my money back or did they try tooffer me something for waiting for so long for a Mobile order ????. NEVER AGAIN. 1st time Popeye?s customer. Total cost: 8piece box meal and 8piece butterfly shrimp meal. $34.32 with tax. Very... bad drive-thru experience. Cold food. Ripped off. No biscuits with 8 piece meal. Just handed a soda. No one asked what kind ofsoda I wanted with the shrimp meal. Staff was friendly and polite though. You can never order online, at this store. They never answer the phone. We went to get chicken sandwich's. Buy one get one free.... The person that took my order said we had to order on line or have a coupon that was send out on the mail. The ad on the TV saidnothing about that. The guy that waited on me was rud.
