I never write reviews but felt compelled Used to love this location. Has steadily gone downhill. Today was awful. 12 noon. ... No chicken, no tomatoes, cold potato wedges. With no options, ordered a hot dog. Guy told me to get it from the warming rackso that he could put toppings on. Hate to be that person but omg if I could give it 0 stars I would! Stopped in here on our way home and in the bathroom there was... someone passed out on the floor(possibly from drugs) and when I went to tell the girl at the counter she just shrugged and saidit wasn't her problem! Police were called and the lady was taking to the hospital thank God! The bathroom was disgusting like noone had cleaned it in weeks, when i tried to order food but she said the counter was closed because they were out of chicken anddeli meat! Im glad i didn't actually get food from there though because I saw some ants and roaches behind the counter. I askedto speak to the manager and she told me her GM was sleeping in the back and she was told not to wake him. Overall this storeneeds to be shut down and restarted. Read more

Been craving chicken tenders all day, came here thinking I could satisfy that craving. Put my order in.. then hear them yelling... my #.. to tell me they have no tenders. This isn?t the first time it?s happened. They always forget my sauces.. and that reallygets frustrating when I?m paying extra for Chesapeake sauce. Why in the WORLD do you NEVER have chicken made here? Soon as customers walk up some lady walking around doing nothing says, "... we don't have any tenders unless you wanna wait" with a nasty voice. Stopped in today for a small food order. While the girl was making food, she was touching on the different surfaces and then... going back to preparing someone's food!! I PAID for extra chicken salad, but when I opened my sandwich it was MOSTLY brownlettuce, tomato, and cheese! I was already home once I noticed. There are only 2 workers there that actually care to do theirjobs right! The girl who prepared the food also had an attitude! Not going back! They either prepare your order the way they seefit, or they don't have the items you order! Read more
