To the lady working by herself this Sunday morning, Thank you. First time I have been to this sonic location and had great... customer service, my order was right and it tasted excellent! Coming from someone who lived in the south where there was a sonicon every corner, I miss going to sonic. But these last few years this location (the only one around) has consistently let medown. The line at Dunkin? was really long this morning and I?m glad I gave sonic another chance. Hopefully management will findmore model employees like the lady who was working this morning. Read more
This place is such a joke. I think this is the second time I?ve been and we mobile ordered 2 milkshakes. We waited over 30... minutes on one of the stalls while watching a young girl worker come in and out of the door to go to what seemed like herfriends (they weren?t in one of the stalls.) getting them a drink and water and talking and yelling about who knows what. Afterthe 30 minutes in the stall, we finally moved and went into the drive-thru line to see what we could do then, but that also tookso long. We ended up leaving without what we wanted. This was absolutely insane and there?s no excuses since there was a lot ofmessing around and no urgency into customer needs. Another gentlemen who also works here was walking in and out of the buildingwith no explanation on what was taking to long (also talking to said car that the young lady was talking too?) I?m reallydisappointed in this place as I was excited to finally try the ice cream creations here. Never will I come back, not that mostplaces like this care lol. Read more
We enjoy coming to this Sonic, especially for the drinks. The diet cherry limeade is on my daughter's favorite list. This past... time we parked and ordered. I'm inputting this specifically due to other reviews I came across.. I hit the button and wasimmediately responded to within seconds, our order was delivered quick, hot and as ordered, and our server was friendly. Thekids meal chicken fingers were a hit and I thought my burger and tots were satisfying. We decided to have the mini milkshakesafterwards and again it was quick all the way to delivery. So I walked up to the menu and pushed the button to get my large OCEAN WATER...the best drink on the planet!! The voice said... "sorry, drive thru only"...I asked her if I could just order a large OCEAN WATER and got no response, so I walked away defeated. However before I was half way to the sidewalk I heard that voice saying " sir was that you trying to order"? I told her what Iwanted and she said "No problem, I'll be right back with your OCEAN WATER" .........YES what service! So I decided to give her$5.00 and let her keep the change......but it gets better...I was told to keep the money and have a great night!!! Great shake, extremely slow service... Placed a mobile order around 7:25pm on a Sunday. Practically nobody sitting at the... booths and a few cars in the drive-thru line ( because nobody was moving). Order finally came about 15 minutes later. The youngman who delivered it however was friendly. Peanut butter shake was cold, thick, and tasted great. For the past few weeks I've wanted to try the Grill Cheese Double Burger but there isn't a Sonic close to my house. We were in... Elkton on Sunday evening so we stopping in to grab some food & we waited almost an hour for our food. At first I thought it wasdue to poor customer service, but after we analyzed the situation, it seems more like the employees that were working were justpoorly trained. There was a girl walking car to car asking everyone what they ordered. This is a management issue for sure. Whenwe finally got our food it was cold & disappointing. We have eaten at this location before & this wasn't the issue. Hopefullynext time these managers can get their employees properly trained. Read more
Last night, we parked to order fr. the car & tried several times pushing the button to order & waited for at least 15 min. Much... later the intercom voice said order only fr. the drive thru. That was annoying because several cars have been doing the samelike us. They have many workers inside the building. So now the line is very long & long wait again. The female order takersounded very uninterested & unfriendly taking our orders. Finally got the burger sandwich and it was not hot like it should. ButI was hungry. All I could think about is possibly getting food poisoning while eating it. I'll find out today if I get sick. Itwas pouring hard and no other restaurants we could go to so late at night. The soda was 80% packed with ice and the dark liquidwas at the bottom. Was that syrup only? There was no water part. So I mixed it and sure it was sweet and no carbonation. I atethe sandwich but threw away the whole soda. I saw other customers making complaints of their own. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOT GOINGBACK TO THIS BRANCH. Read more
My girlfriend ordered onion rings and didn?t like them after one bite. I tried one and we figured out what had happened - they... didn?t swap out the fryer grease from the funnel cakes (or something similar) before cooking the onion rings. The resultwas?AWESOME!
