Employees are smug and annoyed all the time. They don?t know how to make drinks. They always have staffing issues so the cafe is... never open. Manager seems like a nice guy but his team could care less. Read more
i usually never have a problem here. i always get my drink with extra caramel and lately they haven?t been doing that so today... at the speaker before pulling forward i ask to please make sure i get extra caramel. when i got my drink there was an inch ofcaramel sitting at the bottom like seriously? no way was i drinking that for now on i?ll go else where for my iced coffee.
