So I am updating this from a year ago to add some things! Today November 10, 2022 at 1:15 pm I arrived to them all on their... phones playing around, ignoring me..then since my door dash wasn?t ready (they must have been too busy on their phones) Idecided to use the restroom. Only to witness a worker come out the stall and not wash her hand!! Then I walk out and she?smaking food!!! This place is unbelievable!! I think it?s time for new management!! Read more

Very short staffed. Sometimes you can only use cash. Overworked staff always forgets to prepare the food the way we ordered.... Refused to let my 8 year old daughter inside because she didn't have a mask.... Go to the Belle Hill location instead.... Read more

Taco bell is always been my favorite fast food place. However, I had stopped going cause I was unsure if they were gonna be... open. When I did go my order was always wrong. I get all the way home and I would be missing a item or two. Untill latley NOWthe Elkton location is open every time I drive in. Also, ELKTON TACO BELL has gotten a few new employees now that really make adifference. I got great service from a couple of ladies Shannon and Stacy that work there and my order is always on point now.Foods hot and just the way I ordered it so I will be returning much more frequently. So thank you to Stacy and Shannon. I Willbe back soon . Read more

The blue haired girl at the store is very rude. We tried ordering thru the app because of certain mobile only items...problems... with app, couldn't place order at my local Taco Bell, but I could for one in California!..ha.. so gave up went to drive-thruordered food but not what we really wanted because we didn't order thru the app, certain items aren't available. So, at thewindow, I pay and ask the girl at the window about the ability to make the item?.. she responds.."only if its ordered thru theapp." I then tell her "I tried for at least 15 minutes to order thru the app...it isn't working." She replies..."yeah sometimesapp orders come thru and sometimes they don't." So, I asked her, "if I ordered thru the app would you be able to make thisitem" and she answered, "Yes." So I then asked "can you make it now for me since the app isn't working??" Then from behind herthe rude, blue-haired, female employee looks at me, rolls her eyes and snarkily says.. "it's an app only menu item!" and thenproceeded to shut the window as to dismiss me....Oh how badly I wanted to climb thru that window and un-roll her eyes for her!..#TacoBell do better!..Why would you turn away money in todays economy because someone couldn't order the way you wanted them toin a mobile app..which sporadically works? Can anyone explain??,You have the ingredients but can't/won't make an item that younormally sell, but because I didn't place a mobile order for said item, I can't order it at the store in which the "mobile only"item would be prepared at??? Shaking my head from the stupidity. I'll make my tacos at home from now on! I won't be back! Read more

The picture below was one of two identical ?cheesy Gordita crunches? made on soft taco shell and not the flat bread, we opened... it up and took a picture as you can see below. We called two different numbers that ended up never being answered. I paid over$5 each for these. The next day I drove up to Elkton to specifically speak with a manager. I went into Taco Bell and immediatelywondered why I heard an employee turn away from the counter and ask ?is the dining room open?? ?No, it opens at 4? someoneanswered back.. all employee backs were to me. It was weird. I vocalized I needed to speak with a manager..and again no responsefrom these ?employees? aka children. Then a gentle human being approached me from the back and it?s Brandon- the manager. He wasamazing and embarrassed by the pictures I showed him of our previous order. I wasn?t rude Bc I thought it may have beensomeone?s first night on the job the night before. I told him I just wanted them made right and he was so kind and made them. Hegave us some incentives for the messed up order and I was out the door. I give him 5 stars for how he has to deal with theenvironment he?s in. Other than that/ Taco Bell needs to train employee?s how to speak to the public when they?re at work.Making eye contact and using words would be a great step. The place is never open. And is usually out of eveything when youorder. That genuinely was the last time we will ever go to that location. Absolutely disgusted and I?ve worked in food andbeverage for 15+ years. Read more
