Took 2 & 4 year old for happy meals to wrap up our Halloween night and there were no toys! (A true crisis for the small... ones). Called the next morning and a nice manager named Nelly was super understanding about my potentially ?Karen? stylecomplaint - and said next time to remind the cashier to add an extra toy to each Happy Meal. I think it?s easy to forget thatreal local individuals are working there everyday (despite McDonald?s being a corporate giant) - and approaching a mistake ontheir end with a positive attitude instead of aggression goes a long way. Opening lobby time is 5:00am for this faclility that is false. They open when they see fit. I called and the response was we... will be opening doors in 5 mins, goes back to door after 15 mins passes doors still locked and they proceed to tell me 10 minswe will be opening lobby. Very unprofessional.(IM A SEMI TRUCK DRIVER) so drive through isn?t a option. Read more
I just don't like McDonald's they allow their staff to make fun of people pick on them and then make that person leave they're... disgusting company I really hate them management is horrible in Southside the staffing there are so immature heartless humanbeings that pick on homeless people. McDonalds is McDonald?s no matter where you go, but this crew needs a serious attitude adjustment. Not to mention the orders... being completely wrong most of the time I go to this place. At this point, take McDonald?s out and put something else there. I?drecommend the Dairy Queen in Ellenboro way before the yakdonalds. They have better service and food, if we are being honest. They don?t sell Steak egg and cheese bagel at Ellenboro wv location. I was going to get the most expensive item on breakfast... menu but maybe instead I bought the cheapest. They have higher prices than other McDonald?s and less selection. On a side note,I hate all McDonald?s menu layout. It?s confusing and changes just when you start looking at the items. Read more

Staff very friendly, store is clean, the food is as good as McDonald's gets. I'm glad I stopped in here before heading back to... Parkersburg area. :) Read more
Slept so good did not realize when 3am came. It was a great rest. Wish I knew where they buy their mattress from. ????
