Horrible management from a younger manager named Robert, who wouldn't give me his name. There's an older manager who is very... professional I want to make that clear, (not sure if he's even working there still) My order was not properly made how I orderedand Robert was very cold and didn't care that I was dissatisfied. He tried brushing it off by saying I'm very sorry ma'am butrefused to fix my order. He threw in that he sees a lot of complaints on our account. I told him yes, when our order isn't whatwe paid for then I will call to have it fixed and the older manager always happily fixed it with no issue and I was verygrateful for that. And when our orders were properly made I have no complaints because I'm a satisfied customer who wants tocontinue going there. Robert only kept repeating 'I'm sorry bout that ma'am' over and over again, not 1 but concerned aboutfixing their mistake. I do not appreciate Robert implying that were trying to get free pizzas from them. Then Robert asks me tonot call there every again. What a disappointment Read more
Love ordering delivery from here. Menu items are always delicious and delivery drivers have always been awesome. If you go to... pick up make sure a woman helps you. Every time a male has checked me out they ve just walked away when they see I don't tip,I've had to wait for another employee to get my pizza for me. Not sure if they re just entitled and rude or if this Domino'sisn't treating their employees well but it's disappointing and makes me want to order pick up from somewhere else. Read more
Quick, convenient, and great deals. I would have given a better rating if I was able to use my $3 off I would get for picking... it up myself; at times, my topping was wrong, and it is too buttery. Read more
I will no longer be supporting this buisness: I have friends here who have reported that this location does not give any breaks... to their employees, which is literally illegal for how long their shifts are. Do better, Dominos. Read more
All of the staff where courteous, kind, and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. They all worked together like a team during a very... busy time. The pizza was hot, delicious, and finished in very timely manner, despite the rush of business. Thank you. Read more
We usually let Domino's handle our cooking when we're visiting Ellensburg. Every single time, our food arrives hot and made well... with friendly drivers. No complaints or stupid sighs from drivers for delivering to our hotel room. I know Domino's is a chain"fast food" type restaurant but this location kinda has a little bit of culinary fancy pants to the food haha. The owners andmanagers of this location should be proud. Good, cheap pizza when you use in-app coupons. Not the best pizza, not the worst pizza, but always hits the spot. Best thing:... this store is FAST. I order pickup through the app, get in my car and by the time I get there (5-6mins away), worst casescenario, I wait 5 minutes. Seriously can't complain! Read more
