I spent close to 30 minutes in the drive-thru line to be greeted by a rude employee who served us cold food and got our order... wrong. I talked to some other people that live in Ellensburg who said that's how that place always is. There are too many fastfood places that actually care about customer service to waste money at this dumpster fire of a restaurant. Never again Jack. Read more
Man they really are not the same. I?ve never been so disappointed from food service. My large curly fry was cold and hard stale... not a slight stale. The jalapeño poppers were cold and soft except for 2 and they were hot????? You have some weird practicesand I?m glad because now I?m never going back to another jack in the box again. Yuck. Didn?t catch the name of the employee who helped me, but I did catch the name of the manager on duty ? Christian. Wanted to... shout out the staff at this location. I stopped through on my way back to the West side of the state, with a craving for sometacos and a milkshake. Since it was in the high 90?s that day, I also needed to grab a water as well. When I asked for a water,the employee thought i asked for two. No biggie, the extra H20 was appreciated, but I didn?t quite have the hands for it. So Itold the worker I?d run out to the car to carry my first handful and I?d be back for the next one in a few moments. Instead, asI was putting the water in my car, the employee snuck out the back door with my food and milkshake, bringing them right to mycar for me. Great service, ordered through the app which I love to use! I was, however, very disappointed with the "bacon double cheesy... Jack" pictured below! Will never spend $6 on this burger that should half the price and located on the children's menu! The twofor .99 tacos filled me up more! Read more
Jack was good before the pandemic, yes sometimes people were (descretly) sleeping in the Lobby, but it was open and you could... order food there. What's the point of being open 24/7 if no one but non-existent car traffic can order! :-( Read more
I have had at least 2 bad experiences going to this location, but this is my first time leaving a review. On one instance I... waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru and was asked for my order at the speaker box as usual, but then was cut off midordering when the drive thru person said ?hold on I?ll be back in a few minutes.? So I wait about five minutes just to be toldthat the place was closing early due to short staffing. So I had to wait an additional fifteen minutes without getting to orderfood because I was stuck in the line and there were about 3 cars ahead of me. I was LIVID. I have gotten bad fries from thisplace as well, but I can?t believe what happened today. I ordered a side salad and opened up the container to see soggy, runny,brown lettuce. Honestly was one of the slowest fast food meals I can remember but the people working were nice.
