Only sometimes I get the food I ordered most of the times it?s other things even when I paid the extra fee for honey walnut and... get stuck with orange chicken. Half the time my meals are only a quarter of the serving because I just got some and I can seethe bottom on both orders. I understand why they don?t have a number because they would be swamped with people asking why theirorder isn?t right. Read more

This is easily the most asinine fast food restaurant location I've ever been to. The list goes on of how inconvenient this place... is. There's no drive through. It closes at 7, which is pretty early for a fast food place. It only takes debit/credit card orconnection card, no cash. Even then, if their "system is down" for SOME REASON it works fine still for connection cards but notregular debt/credit cards. This location doesn't even have a phone number. So if it happens that the hours on Google are wrong,or it snows too hard and has to shut down or another reason like those where it isn't open, you have to physically go there tofind out. I can't count how many times I wasted my time traveling down there only to find out it's not even open. The onlyresean I even continually go here is because I like Panda Express and it's the only location in town. If there was anotherlocation close by you bet I wouldn't waste my time and money going to this one. Update: found a piece of plastic in my chow meinI nearly swallowed. Read more

Memories. A new one is made every time a restaurant touches your heart and belly by providing great service and excellent food.... The same can be said about the alternative, though. CWU's Panda Express found a way to cripple the timeless recipes that makethe chain what it is - equally timeless. I wish I could have sped up time as I consumed overcooked chow mein, undercooked andundersauced orange chicken, and extremely oversauced honey walnut shrimp. All were my go-to options. All disappointed. I leftwith an upset stomach and a car full of upset companions. The stigma that most college students don't care enough to applyeffort to a job rings loudly true here. I hope next time - if there is a next time - will leave better memories. The serviceWAS good... By the non-college employee. Read more

Just to clarify a few things, from someone who has worked there, on why certain reviews say certain things. First of all, The... "crab wontons" are not crab wontons, they are not advertised as such, in fact they are advertised as "cream cheese rangoons."The way panda express is set up often leads to many different experiences depending on who is serving you. There is astandardized system for giving out portions, but unlike many other fast food establishments, this system is harder to get exactevery time. Compared to the guildlines many workers at panda give way above the amount reccomended, especially when it comes toteryaki chicken. Quality of service likely differs depending on time of day, number of staff working, and who is working. I havenever been on a shift where 15 people were working, and 90 percent of time we are very understaffed. This place is extremelypopular, and the kitchen is simply not set up to handle that much food, especially when there are not full cooks present. It isfrustrating to stand in a 30 minute line for fast food and then possibly not have your first pick of the 6 different chickens, but when all the above is considered, we are trying our best. We always serve our customers with a smile, despite knowing thatit is far from perfect. All that I ask is that every one of these circumstances above is taken into consideration before yougive a bad review. Read more

Let me start by saying I am super hyped that Panda Express opened here in Ellensburg. Fortunately, there are very few issues at... this location. For starters, the location is great if you live next to the dorms. It's convenient especially if you have aparking pass (this location was made primarily for students). The real cherry on top is the wonderful hours and their approachto handling customers. 11am - 7pm Monday-Friday. In this town, there aren't many people who are at class/work during that timeframe, especially on the weekdays. They have said they may expand their hours, but there doesn't seem to be a need for this asmost students don't have many classes on weekends. What's even better, at the beginning of their first opening week they werecutting the line 30 minutes before closing. It just makes sense. Who of us would want to stay hours after our shift, after theclose of the restaurant, just to make sure every customers gets to eat? Very conscientious employees. I was worried thislocation being partnered with CWU would cause issues, but none of my fears have come true. It's amazing. I'm really happy withhow this is managed, and I don't think they need to worry about opening weekends. Thanks Geritol. Read more
