Fast and friendly, very accommodating for me and my child, even helped me out with my pizzas.

Ordered and paid for a all meat family pizza online and only recieved three toppings pepperoni, canadian bacon, and salami. When... I got home and realized the error, I called the store they suggested I drive back down to get the missing toppings or they couldgive me a five dollar off coupon. I get that the workers don't care, but not worth my time to drive back down there. Make sureto check your order before leaving store. It will be a while before i go back. Read more

One and only experience tonight was really unfortunate. Good customer service but something wrong with the dough tonight. Stuck... to the pan doughy after 25 minutes, like it overproofed. Never had this experience with any other Papa Murphy's. No response toquery on Facebook and haven't answered their Facebook since the 2020... Also way fewer toppings than ever experienced. This franchise location is amazing compared to others that I have been to. It's pretty simple but it does matter to some people,... I asked for a "thing" of sauce on the side and it was free compared to a few other locations that charge 2$. It's not much, butit's the simple things in life ya' know? Read more
