Even though it's usually just a drive by, we love to get the best ice cream in Eastern WA every drive to Yakima or Spokane.

I am from out of town and came to this establishment and ordered 2 32oz lotus drinks but when I drove off and finally tasted... them it had NO FLAVOR and just overall was not good. I turned around to go and get something different and mind you the 2drinks I got was $15 and the 2 replacement drinks were $19 I was willing to pay the difference but they tried to have me pay forthe replacement drinks full price. I was like im sorry but was wanting to replace the other drinks and I'll pay the differenceand the manager Austin was so rude. We ended paying another $9. He said have a great day and closed the window in our face. Customer service should be important in a small town Austin and not once was I rude. 2 20oz drinks ended up costing us $24. NEVER AGAIN will I visit this establishment and the sad thing is that my family had such great things to say about this place. But positive note the workers there were amazing and my $24 drinks were amazing. MANAGER SUCKS. Austin remember one badexperience can ruin the whole thing. Read more

Highly recommend! I never review things, but after bouncing between coffee places in town I?ve landed on Winegar?s being the... best. I go all the time & I?d give them 5 stars on speed, quality, & customer service. Everyone here is so efficient & on top ofthings in the drive thru, which makes long lines go really quick. The baristas are all so nice and make great tasting,consistent coffee. I have a picky coffee order and have found a lot of coffee shops to be unreliable about making it correctlyor acting frustrated with my requests ?Winegar?s makes it right every time and is always patient with super specific requests. 5stars ???? It's not a place I often go to, I've been trying to save my money so I can't come here very much! But the times I have went... there were wonderful, I haven't had a bad experience here and have made wonderful memories with my siblings over some years!Stopping by for drinks once in a blue moon and walking around campus just hanging out, the drinks I've tried have been amazing!And the ice cream is as good as people say! I also love the people who work there, they've been so friendly and sweet, this nicelady even helped us out and was very patient with my brother and I as we tried to describe my order! A nice place to visit oncein a while, I hope I can take my siblings here again at some point! Read more
