Went at 8 on a Friday. No signs for ice cream flavors. No brownies. Lobbies closed for no reason when hours say open until 10.... Staff continuously doesn?t have stock on requested items. We finally order donuts. Pull up to window. Hand them a $20. ?Oh sorryexact change only.? We drove off. This place is inept and spiraling. Just close already so something that takes businessseriously can serve our community. Read more
Went for ice cream on a sat night and was told no chocolate shakes which =no chocolate ice cream then I asked if they could do... vanilla with chocolate syrup instead nope don't have that nor would make one or a sundae . So how can an ice cream store notmake sundaes or chocolate milkshakes?? Nor have the product ?? This girl was just to lazy make these items. Very sad and lost acustomer. They didn't have cookies or brownies for sundaes. So then we asked for milkshakes and they didn't have that either. Not sure... what they do serve here, since we couldn't order half of the menu. Read more
HORRIBLE customer service! Client before me asked to have a hand packed pint, mind you as advertised in the store, was told... no. Another customer was waiting on the Dunkin side 6 EMPLOYEES in the back NOT ONE tending front of store, she walked out tiredof the horrible service. My turn, l asked for Rocky Road, no labels in any of the flavors. Not even the employee knew the names!Asked for a sundae, no hot fudge. l opt for a pre packed. No one to manage the cash register so they sent me to the drive thrucashier who with attitude said she had other customers in line even though she was waiting for their drinks to be prepared. I will no longer try to order anything from this Baskin Robbins. This is at least the fifth time I have gone and they are out of... Vanilla Ice Cream! How does an ice cream store consistently run out of the staple flavor to make all treats?! It looks like whoever is in charge of inventory needs some training. I also tried to then order mint chocolate chip ice cream and they were alsoout of that! Read more
I have tried several times (assuming there must a reason) to look past the fact that this location consistently has no product,... but after four times of no more than four or five flavors of ice cream, no hot fudge, no marshmallow, forget bananas, no malt,no chocolate, please remove the Baskin flag from this location. It?s an embarrassment to the chain. The employees are greatand very sorry for the inconvenience, how sad that they must explain an obvious flaw in ownership. Read more
This place is disgusting and was out of stock of everything we wanted. Didn?t know how to make a sundae, no one had an idea... about what was going on and then we were overcharged because they gave me a cookie instead of a brownie as a substitute becausethey were out of stock. If you want ice cream, go somewhere else. It?s not worth trying to deal with staff like this. Read more
Cashier could not have been more rude it was still pretty good though and clean need more drink options though
