Sep/ 5/ 22, As someone who frequently comes to this location its crazy to see the work ethic and customer service change,... morning shift staff as this location running like a well oiled machine.BUT TRANSITION TO DAY/AFTERNOON SHIFT ???? This store has possibly the smallest amount of food in stock in the area. Every time I stop here, they are out of at least two... items I try to order. This store needs a new manager who can actually do their inventory accurately. It?s very irritating toalmost never get your first or second items if choice. Tempted to just drive across town just to get a croissant. Read more
Just left there my croissant was burnt and the potatoes looked like a mushed up ball uncooked and my two iced coffees didn't... have extra sugar and nothing of Carmel I asked for extra extra ???? all after waiting for someone to attend me cause they werehiding in the back should've taken the hint.. Person doing drive thru this morning was very rude and annoying, she messed up our order, and then tried to argue with us... because of her mistake. I work in customer service too, and that?s not how you speak to customers. Read more
Katelin was rude and rushed everything. When we asked for one minute she rushed us through our order. Sandwiches were COLD and... hash browns over cooked. Donut order was messed up. Thoroughly disappointed. Will not be coming back. Read more
I went there today and witnessed amazing customer service. The young man in the drive thru treated me so kindly. He was dealing... with a disgruntled customer and still remained so professional. It was unfortunate to see customers treat these employees poorlybut he was sweet as can be and I truly hope he is acknowledged for his positive behavior! Read more
My medium coffee basically tasted like dirty water and my glazed donut was pretty much as hard as a hockey puck.
