My husband and I always go here for lunch whenever we visit the Ellenton Premium Outlets nearby. The salad bar is top notch, and... the plant based burger is really satisfying. On their menu, it's called the awesome burger, and it truly is awesome! There are alot of restaurants that I won't go to any longer because they don't have any plant based options, but this place is reallydelightful for a vegetarian, and Ruby Tuesday will always have my patronage. There was not much in the way of discounted food offerings in the bar for Happy Hour which was surprising, since most places... offer such incentives so that you will stay longer and order more drinks. There was no written Happy Hour menu. While the staffwas friendly, they were not as attentive as they should have been, given that it was 5 o'clock on a weekday evening and therewere only about 10 people in the entire restaurant. If management reads this, please ensure that staff is checking on tables.I'd also recommend that you have a printed Happy Hour menu with food promotions. While my experience was satisfactory, it wasnot at a level that makes me want to return anytime soon. Read more
I came in tonight with my friend and we both ordered the sirloin steak, when we received are food everything was good except for... the steaks. I ordered a rare steak and got a medium rare and when i got it the outside looked pale white and tasted uncooked.And my friends she said hers tasted like rubber. But other than that are servers were amazing I do recommend London and crystalif you ever come here. They are lovely people. will treat you well and will make sure that everything is perfect for you. Theywill do what they can to help make it right. So they are amazing for that. Read more
Just came in tonight with my husband and we both got the salad bar, which was pretty good! I ordered the shrimp pasta and him... the chicken carbonara. My shrimp was so overcooked that the seasoning crystallized on the shrimp and was not edible. The pastasauce had no seasoning, not even salt. His chicken carbonara didn?t have any peas, because they were out of peas, along withbaby back ribs, crispy fried shrimp, salmon, and onion rings. Management is obviously failing horrendously at their job. It?snot fair to the rest of the staff to constantly explain everything to their customers and have to double their workload. Let me start my review by thanking all the workers in the restaurant business for working during all this Covid mess. I truly... appreciate them. I throughly enjoyed my meal here, the burger and fries were tasty and as usual the salad bar is always topshelf and filled with freshness. We were served by our excellent waitress, Marsha. The food came out very hot. I can not remember the last time every bit of... food was hot. My husband really enjoyed his HOT onion rings, and the burger with the jalapenos. I had a chicken breast withzucchini and broccoli. The broccoli was the best I have ever had at a restaurant.
