Someone named George answered the phone while I was trying to place an order for sandwiches to pickup for my family. He refused... to take my order over the phone and said to do it online...I was speechless. He gave me 3 seconds to respond before RUDELYasking HELLO?! HELLO?! Very poor customer service. To start I didn't go there I ordered online. But I had to call the store and ask for them to only lightly toast my sandwiches... since there is no option for that on the site I went through. But the clerk was quick to answer and very friendly he even askedif I needed anything else changed. Top service. Read more

This is the worse location I have ever been too. They not only short you on meats when you order sandwiches. The customer... service from both the staff and owner is a joke. They are completely racist and unprofessional. They refused to give me a refundfor a mobile order after they made my sandwiches with all veggies no meat hardly at all. They not only refused to give me backmy money but they called the cops to have me trespassed. When the cops showed up they made them give me my refund and I was toldto keep the food as well.
