If I could give it no stars I would but this time I took my mother to american deli for lunch before work and walked in and the... person that took my order was very rude like us coming in was an inconvenience I wanted a gryo with wings and he said the wingswon't be ready for 30+ min but when we walked back in to get our order they were tossing wings for someone else this was verydisappointing Read more
Haven't eaten at American Deli since a teen but this place was very clean and organized. The wings were very tasty and decently... sized, flavorful and cooked exactly how I asked. The wings weren't oversized or tiny which I did expect lol Read more
I placed an order for wings and fries, waited (in store watching other patrons leave with their order) about 30 minutes then... went back to the counter. The male cashier proceeds to look through the boxes on the counter then pulls my food from thebottom. So apparently my food was ready and I was neglected. Food was not HOT and fries burnt. I said to remake the fries. The manager comes from outside (did not WASH nor SANITIZE his hands) and immediately touches things. I told him because he didnot wash his hands, he did not need to touch my food. He continues on taking orders etc. Still waiting for my fries to beremade... I ask how long, I am waiting while the male cashier is attending to everything else, which is why I had my food remadein the first place. NEVER AGAIN Oh and did I mention a sanitation grade "C" 72.
