At about 8pm a young female wearing blue afro puffs in her hair greeted me at the drive thru window and released a mouth of... smoke as she opened the window. I sat in my car with my teenaged son who BURST OUT LAUGHING because he said she looked like aDragon the way she puffed a mouth of smoke out, I was in disbelief... I asked her was that smoke and she said yes, she explainedthat she had just finished vaping outside the restaurant as she was greeting me at the window. Without washing her hands...and aMOUTH FULL OF SMOKE, NO GLOVES = WORKING AROUND FOOD. Monkey Pox, Covid...and she had the audacity to tell me she has beenvaping since she was a 14yr old. Gagging. Ordered taco Supreme and burrito Supreme. Mushy and rank. No meat. Thought it was beans at first. Very little lettuce... or sour cream. Just one big mushy horrible mess. SIDE OF BLACK BEANS AND RICE WAS EVEN WORSE. Read more
If I could leave zero stars! I would! I came here with a pregnancy craving and asked for the Taco Bell workers to please drop... some fresh chalupas for me. As a former corporate employee I am aware of the stand time for chalupas and how often they shouldbe changed out. Of course once I received the food the chalupas were very hard and unappetizing. It?s really a disappointmentthat management is running this location like trash! Taco Bell has a great nationwide reputation for quality but not in thisarea. Drive through only opens kind of early i think and the employees get either short handed or really slow possibly even working... without a real manager so it takes a lot longer than necessary after 8. I came at about 9:45 pm. As always the line wrapped frompickup window all the way around to the closed lobby id say 10 cars or so in line. So I wasn't expecting a quick visit. They hada hard time hearing me order but still got my order correct and charged me correctly and gave me my correct order and change atthe window. One thing I like here is they dont ask you to pull up after you get to the window. Better management and schedulingkey members on weekends would dramatically help. Maybe some sense of urgency training... on a taco its just lettuce meat andcheese I mean it should only take a few seconds to pump one full and wrapped into its wrapper. Overall its no worse thananywhere in the area. But what are we really expecting? Things sure aren't 3:30 second service times anymore. More like be gladyou're getting your order because these places aren't really worried about those times as they used to be. Sadly. But we knowalready it can be done... so can't yall step it up in the fast food industry??? Customer's would love that. Read more
Normally not a bad experience, this time was terrible. All 5 items were wrong. No beef in the burritos, no chicken in the... quesadilla. Paid for both, all my items came without. Emailed, no response, called the store, said they aren't accepting callsand call 1800 tacobell. So maybe this review will get some notice. Read more
