On Saturday September 10, 2022 at 9:20p.m. I placed an online order from my app! My order was over $70 and I included a $12 for... the driver! I received notification it was taking longer than expected! It originally said 32 min. I waited and waited. At 11pmI called the store and Autumn answered. I asked her when would my order arrive. She says" the driver said he couldn't find itand I didn't answer when he called!" I told her" that is a lie as I am sitting right here waiting for further info on my order!"She says"I can only go by what he says. Would you like me to send him back out?" I said yes! He arrives at almost 1130pm andafter I check my order, the papadia isn't in there! I called back and spoke with Autumn again and needless to say another drivercame back with my Papadia! Also everything had to be reheated to eat it! All food was cold! That's a large pizza, 3 orders ofwings, a pizza bowl, bread sticks and the papadia! And the driver gets the tip as I added tip with the order payment! NEVERAGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AND NEXT TIME I ORDER DELIVERY IT WILL DEFINITELY BE A CASH TIP! Literally worst experience yet from this place and will not be ordering from them again. It's July 4th you have Door Dash do a... delivery for my order who never show up. Then when I call they redo the order and have one of their drivers deliver. Order comesthen upon inspection they missing toppings on one of the pizzas. Look I have been pretty consistent supporter of this pizzacompany since I was in the military. Well This Combat Veteran after getting treated like this on July 4th will not be orderingfrom you again! I used to get pizzas here weekly (they were always delicious and prompt); however, my most recent experience will be my last... order. The pizza was falling apart, hardly baked all the way through, and took 80 minutes to arrive on a Saturday afternoon.This has been consistently happening for months now. The fact Papa John's now uses DoorDash is a no go for me too. Good luck. Read more
Ordered the works with no olives but with jalapeños for the second time in two weeks. Got a regular works with olives both... times. I called them on the last one, and they sent a replacement. The replacement had jalapeños and black olives. Read more
Just tried to order by phone. I cannot comment on this particular location because Papa John?s now uses a call center to take... phone orders. The gentleman on the other end of the line struggled so much to understand me that I finally just hung up and wentelsewhere.
