Yesterday at 10pm, I and my group of friends (10pp) were there to celebrate the birthday. The parking lot was half empty so we... thought we have no problem to bowl til closing time But there was no lane and 45 min waiting because half of the lanes wereclosed The employee said it was out of order ???? Lack of maintenance and management Very disappointed So, we all went tothe one in the Ellicott city location There were only a few lanes and people and it was super slow We wanted to drink while wewere bowling so I ordered 2 big beer tower The bartender said he can only serve 1 tower per group so I told him that I willfinish it quickly and will order the 2nd one As soon as we finished the tower, I asked the bartender to serve me the 2nd one hesaid the bar closed It was 11:03pm He said the last call for alcohol is 11pm I understand the rules and policy but as abusiness owner myself you need better management there for both locations Read more

Disappointing, the one in Timonium has a lot more fun aesthetic; lighting, music. Other than that... it was bowling. If you... don't have a good time, its your own fault. Read more

John was so great with his customer service. I joined a league for the first time and he is so attentive when I come to... practice on the weekend. Always makes sure I have water and spends time to chat with you before you actually bowl. Makes theexperience very enjoyable when you have people like John on Your team. Wow! The only place I would come back to for bowling. When did the service at the alley get better than a restaurant?! The... gentleman working the counter helped me get a summer pass after seeing me a few times and got me setup on a great deal (wish Ihad gotten it sooner) but not bad! He helped me with some tips and introduced me to some kind folks to help my game and evenbrought a pitcher of water for me and my group! Hands down, the best service. You don?t get that at Columbia or anywhere else.Jon is really nice and made me feel welcome back every time. No kitchen staff at the time but he jumped back there and stillmade me an order of fries when he could?ve easily said no. Read more

Bit of a hiccup with the staff working the computers but that's understandable they were polite about it. 25 bucks for two hours... with shoes on Groupon. Just a heads up if you're over 40 and never been bowling you're going to hurt real bad the next day:-) Read more

Awesome experience we had with our group this past weekend. First time coming as it was our group outing and definitely enjoyed... our night. Place was well kept and we had no issues with renting out shoes and bowling. What stood out the most was customerservice! The young gentleman named John helped us throughout our games and even brought us a pitcher of water as a courtesy,very attentive and cared enough to chat with us. Will definitely come back! Read more
