Order the pecan chicken sandwich and saw that the display for it was listed with the price for sandwich and meal. A coworker... relayed to the cashier that they are out of stock of the sandwich. It's 1pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. So if you are outof stock why still advertise this item. Also food safety issue existed. There a refill can container of ice that was sittingout that was uncovered. Don't know how long it was sitting out in the lobby area. Ordered an strawberry lemonade, cashier gaveus a regular cup instead. Had to remind cashier that we ordered it. He than proceeded to got the appropriate cup and started tomake the strawberry lemonade. Also crinkle fried tasted old. Had to request that they make new batch of fries. And had to waitat the counter til they were ready. the cashier took the time to let another customer know that there food was ready. But wehad to wait at the counter for ours. I go at least once or twice a month & thought I'd stop today to try their Angus stake burger. I'm not a fan of onions so I asked... if it was an option to leave them off & I was told I could so I tried it. I like the curly fried when they are a touch on thecrunchy side but they always come out cooked like everyone elses. I was actually looking forward to trying the new burger buttoday was either the wrong day to stop or that location is going downhill. There were only a couple people already in thereeating, only one person in line ahead of me & between getting my food, eating & leaving only three others came in so its notlike they were packed. The curly fries looked like they had been recooked at least once but possibly more than once. They wereso dark they were obviously either way overcooked or cooked & then recooked to be heated up. The burger was just as bad. It wasburnt so naturally I couldn't even get an idea of what it tastes like which is unfortunate because that location is the only onearound unless I drive almost an hour out of my way when this location is only five or ten minutes away depending on traffic. Ipicked root beer because its one of my favorites & thought that at least they can't mess up the root beer ... WRONG!! It hadeither just been changed & they didn't run it long enough or it needed to be changed because it was still a darker color buttasted like the soda water or seltzer ... whatever they mix with them when they fill the machines. I ended up leaving withoutfinishing the burger, without finishing the fries & without finishing the drink. It was awful! It wasn't just the worstexperience I've had at that location it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I did call corporate toleave a review so they'd know that location seems to be slipping & she was nice enough to offer me a free medium meal coupon.
