The place was good not too dirty and the food was excellent. Unfortunately we came there when it was very busy which was during... Thursday and they took a bit of some time with cooking the rice. Overall I liked their patience and their chicken was amazing. Ireccomend getting the Takoyaki and Chicken (I prefer boneless) And their bathrooms were clean too. Id visit again for anotheroccassion. Absolutely delicious! I ordered some soy garlic wings along with some tacos. The soy garlic flavor will leave you literally... craving more... It was even better with a ice cold beer. I had no choice to order 30 more wings for take-out. Even the nextday, the wings were very juicy and crispy with 5 minutes air fryer. My kids are picky on any kinds of food but this one was ahit. The 30 wings were gone after 10 mins :) The bulgogi taco was also pretty decent. It has a deep, rich flavor of bulgogisauce but not too strong. Read more
Glad to find authentic Bonchon in Ellicott city. It is a top-notch Korean chicken place. I tried wing/drumstick combo with half... soy and half spicy sauce. Chickens are very crispy/crunchy outside but tender inside and have full of flavor! It is veryaddictive taste that I've missed so much since I left Korea. I also tried Korean tacos that are super refreshing! I wouldrecommend Bulgogi tacos. I will definitly revisit for these and am also excited to explore other menus as well! Read more
So good! One of the best fried chicken I've ever had. We got the half-and-half fried chicken combo. It came with 10 wings and 5... drumsticks. Skin on the chicken is crispy and really tasty for both the soy garlic and spicy flavors. Drumsticks are huge andlook like they come from some mutant chicken breed. I prefer the wings as it's a larger skin/meat ratio. Udon was also reallygood and hearty. It was advertised as seafood udon although the only seafood in it was shrimp. Beyond expectation. Just wow. Not only is the staff very friendly, but the food was delicious! Probably my least favorite of all... of the dishes my friend and I shared was the chicken Katsu, only because the spicy sauce sort of took away from the taste of thechicken. Still not bad, though. My favorites were the fried chicken and the calamari, both with soy garlic sauce. My friend'sfavorites were the fried chicken and the takoyaki. Highly recommend this place. Read more
From the moment we entered the owner, Young made us feel like we were part of the family. Quality food, genuine hospitality, and... quick service. You could tell all the patrons were enjoying the environment. They have a full service bar, sit down dining whereyou are served. Very clean, all staff members were attentive. It did not matter what table they were servicing, they workedtogether as a team. We have never been to an establishment where the owner has casual non awkward conversation.
