The great thing about this Chipotle is you NEVER have to worry about having leftovers, because chances are your bowl is going to... be less than half full and that's after asking for extra everything. Going into the store to place the order isn't much better,they're constantly out of items. Was in line for nearly 40 minutes last night. That?s because they were processing all of the online orders at the same food... station. When I asked the employees why the online food prep station wasn?t open, she said they didn?t have enough staff. Pay afair wage and you?ll get enough staff. It?s not right for walk walk in patrons to stand in line that long when there are onlyabout 15 people in line? but in reality is more like 45+. The poor employees were frazzled and working super hard. There was notime for niceties as they were hustling. Food was meh. Do better! Read more

I keep giving this location a chance because of its convenience to my house but every time I leave more and more disappointed.... They are always out of something, last time was rice, this time guac. My new garlic steak was not cut up, spicy salsa full ofseeds making it inedible. The kids working seem more interested in socializing with other employees. I have never seen an adultor manager working. I hope corporate fixes this location. Read more

Do not go here OMG... the Manager Attitude is Horrified terrible... I ordered a 2 bowl of Chipotle, and it was Totally different... order and they mixed 2 orders altogether and when I call back to the store the manager was very mean. She said, Name Lisa Ithink the manager. she said I'm leaving soon to night" and i called date is 9/26/2022 6:50PM "We are busy call 1-800-Chipotle!!" And the food has a lot of water and rice mix. Placed an order online. The order included a drink. When I got there they told me that the machine is broken the drink is not... available. I asked for a refund and I was told that I have to go online to get it. Why was I even allowed to order the drink ifthe machine is broken? That means this store intentionally took my money for an item that you do not have available. And inorder for me to get my money back I have to inconvenience myself and go back online and apply for it? Very annoying not onlythat the people at Chipotle that I had to ask about this was annoyed as well. I came there gave them my business and I got ontheir nerves.... As someone who relies on sauce a little too much to complete my meal, I grow very frustrated with the fact that they never have... salad dressing at this location. Everyone appears to be moving very slowly in the back, a lot of unnecessary pauses to chit chat(I don?t care about folks talking while preparing my food, but be able to multitask efficiently, if that?s the case). Been here 3x this week and they are always out of specialty drinks they advertise for. My meat was also cold. I don?t think... we?ll go to this one anymore. I?ve worked in food service for years and there is no excuse for consistently cold meat and nospeacialty drinks and always out of forks and spoons. I understand the occasional avocado peel or meat fat in your food happens,but please just make sure you?re stocked of utensils at all times and watermelon limeade. Read more
