Unfortunately I'm changing my review from 5 stars to two based on one interaction. My fiance tripped as she was exiting the... store, she's a bit clutsy, and she spilled her iced coffee. From the car I saw that the manager gan older gentleman, and theonly male working) saw her fall. After helping her I went to get her drink refilled. Accidental spill, in from of the store,manager sees this, shouldn't be an issue, yeah? Wrong. This dude wants us to buy a whole new drink, I said they could use thesame cup if necessary, long story short, no refill. A simple courtesy for a regular customer that costs little to nothing torefill a coffee, would have gone a long way. I have held this location at 5 stars, the employees are always nice, remembers somany people and their orders, great service. It's a shame that the actions, or inaction of one person can bring the rating ofsomeplace down so much. Read more
Was given the wrong donut. The guy rolled his eyes at me when I didn't know what I wanted right when I walked through the door.... Tried their pumpkin cold brew and it was like drinking straight syrup. Nearly a $5 drink that was so gross, I didn't drink morethan two sips, and I got a large :'( I had been craving that double chocolate donut, and he gave me blueberry .. didn't open thebag until I had driven off and didn't have time to turn around. This is the best dunkin around Ellicott city. The food here is made after you place the order not like the other dunking where... you will be given food made beforehand. The servers are also very warm and welcoming and gives you the best advice if you are acoffee novice like me. Overall very good experience Read more
