I ordered a drink and when I realized there was flavor added to it I drove back through the drive through. I handed them my... drink and asked them to remake it. They sent me to the next window and they handed me what I thought was a new drink. As I droveaway I realized that the original order ticket was on my cup. I tasted it, and sure enough, they handed back to me my originaldrink. Read more
Ordered a coolatta and a pumpkin coffee for delivery. Driver was on time, but the restaurant sent a refresher instead of a... coolatta. If I wanted one of those I would have ordered one. Quality control is a thing. Edit: both drinks were watery andgross. Poured them both out. This location sucks. Read more
Honestly, unless you?re in a hurry and can?t wait at the Starbucks down the road and don?t know where a better Dunkin is I guess... this is better than nothing. Every time without fail when I come here they don?t get my order right and never have flavors thatare being advertised it?s either out of stock or discontinued?.if that?s the case remove and update your drive thru menu. Itruly don?t understand why there?s a line here every day, if you have the time there?s better Dunkin locations on Rt. 1 and 108.The one on 108 is slower BUT they always get my order right and they?re friendly, the one on Rt. 1 is faster, but busier due toits location, but to me the drinks aren?t as good as the 108 location but still better than this one. Make sure you double check your order for correctness and make sure you have everything. We had to send back two sandwiches and... had to specify ask for our munchkins. Also plan for a long time. Read more
Ok, the coffee here is always good. The servers are super nice. But the wait is soooooo long and the parking lot is tragic.
I received extremely poor customer service at this location. I was in the drive through and saw the car in front of me take... their order and then give back a cup of coffee and hand the cashier their receipt. After a brief exchange they drove off. WhenI got to the window the cashier handed me my coffee and I immediately asked him if that was the same coffee that had beenpreviously handled by the customer, to which he replied, "yes." Because of the covid pandemic I did not want to accept a cup ofcoffee that had been handled by a customer in a car with multiple occupants. I asked the cashier if he could make me another cupand he replied yes. He came back very quickly with a coffee (less than 30 seconds) and gave me my receipt. After driving away Inoticed the order number on my receipt did not match the order number printed on the cup; and in addition, the time stamp waswrong. I then realized that they DID NOT make me a new cup, but gave me back the same previously handled cup. I drove back tothe location and explained that the order numbers on my cup and receipt didn't match and they insisted they made me a newcoffee, but when I asked why the order numbers didn't match, they never answered the question, she just kept repeating "I madeyou a new coffee." In the end I asked and was given a refund (along with a nasty look). I find it incredibly petty that theywould disregard standard common sense covid safety protocols to make $2.53. And to lie repeatedly about it instead of justowning it and making it right. I will not be patronizing this location again. Read more
