I've been eating Ledo's Pizza since I was a kid at University Park. I am sad to report that I can no longer recommend this local... favorite. I order from a several stores and there is no consistency. The Pizza's ingredients, cheese, crust and sauce are notthe same. I will probable order in the future, but my family doesn't look forward to pizza night from Ledo's like they used to. Read more
There was a piece of hair sticking out from the side of the Pizza box. I was sure it wasn?t ours because I live with two girls... and by brother. He just shaved his hair so his hair is no way close to the length of that hair which was surely a guys hair. Weall girls have a pretty long hair. Reason I didn?t call them was we just came back from a long road trip and was too tired andhungry to even complain, Also good thing the hair was not on the pizza, it was sticking out from the side of the box. Ordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party for an 11:45 pick up and it is now 12:15 and still no pizza. They have told me 15 minutes... ago it would be 5 more minutes and I just went back in and they said it would be another 7 minutes She said they are shortstaffed but 3 people are standing around doing nothing. This place is terrible!! They offered a refund however I?m takingthese pizzas to my Granddaughter?s 3rd birthday party. Not an option Read more
Stopped by to grab a bite to take home but then my son asked to dine in. Great waitress, she always gives great service with a... smile. This Ledos location never fails to deliver great food in a clean warm friendly and relaxing environment. Never crowded.We even do homework here sometimes. This fried chicken salad gives me life!! Unfortunately I had to change my review after today's experience. I have always liked the food but today the online ordering was... terrible. It did not take my billing address for any of the cards I usually use. Then I called to confirm my order was in theirsystem or I would just order over the phone. Yes the order is in. When we arrived the order was never put in I was assured mypayment went through so we waited 40 more minutes and we were offered drinks but we were just sitting in the car hungry wantingto go home. I get this is Saturday during a pandemic but there is still many other places to go that have more efficient pickupprocess. This leaves a lot of room for improvement. I haven?t had Ledo Pizza since I was a kid but now I understand why kids enjoy it. The pizza is easy to eat & you just can?t... stop. The pizza was piping hot. The cheese is incredible. It?s so tasty. The tomato sauce has a slight sweetness. I gotjalapeños & they were so generous with it. I ordered an 18 inch 1 topping pizza & fries & the order took maybe 30-35 minutesbut it?s probably because it?s fresh. My only suggestion is to add other size portions for fries. My fries portion was toosmall. The photos were taken half way eaten. Read more
Great service, we ordered walk in Carl was the name of the person working at the register and super attentive, explained... everything to us and was very kind ! Even though we had to wait ten minutes for our subs to be made because we placed it instore he brought it out to our car. The food was excellent we got 3 cold cuts all perfect and the fries were crisp anddelicious. Thank you so much will definitely be returning. Read more
