This is our favorite BBQ restaurant. The food is great and the people working there are always friendly and helpful. We are... really enjoying the current black plate special which is grilled shrimp. You get 8 large grilled shrimp for $10.99. We are goingto miss the shrimp when the special is over. Always delicious food with a dessert that changes every month. I personally recommend the brisket which is available lean or... moist and cut to order. The food is always fresh, the staff always friendly and desserts that are creative and delicious.Several sauces available from mild to spicy, sweet to tangy. You will not leave hungry as the portions are generous. Read more
A really great place. Always consistently good food, complemented with a very attentive staff. While I dine here often, I... recently visited with a pet and appreciated their outdoor seating. We were welcomed in as soon as we stepped food doors. The staff was very helpful understanding the menu. The staff also shared... names that was very customer service friendly. When we got our food it was perfectly presented and absolutely full of flavor anddelicious. They also gave us a free brownie because we had never been to this restaurant. A staff member came over and asked ushow her food was and gave us free sandwich coupons for next time which unfortunately we can?t use because we are moving. This is a really great location, staff are friendly, and the service is always extremely fast. I?ve been getting the brisket... moist sandwich and green beans. I also get the fries on occasion. My favorite two sauces are the Smoky Mountain and thebay-b-que. they also have another sauce I only so sitting on the table once called the Alabama white. You likely have to ask forit and it is delicious. Read more
