It's my birthday and I went to outback, as I love the toowoomba salmon and steam lobster tail. I have been to outback all over... Maryland and NY, but this is the best I have ever had. When I say, the salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted even better. Thelobster tail was so juice. The meal was perfect. Truly wonderful experience !!! I came with my husband, two of my aunts & my cousin. Our waiter was Mercades- she was absolutely... wonderful ! She would chime in on the tea that was being spilled & would have us laughing like crazy. She was very nice &helpful & overall very pleasant to have. We truly hope to see her again. ???? Read more
First time visiting any Outback & I would recommend this location to everyone! Our server Katelyn was an absolute sweetheart.... She was super attentive & friendly. She was also the bartender and the drinks were amazing! I highly recommend the margaritaflight and center cut sirloin. My steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare). If I could give 0 stars I would. I normally have a good experience at this location today not so much. I ordered a 6 oz steak.... I?m pretty sure I was given a kids steak. I paid $17 for the a center cut steak not this. I don?t plan on returning here. Read more
We have been to this location several times but this is the first review. The previous times were just average but this time we... felt our server went above and beyond. We were seated as soon as we walked in the restaurant. Everything was clean. We weregreeted shortly after we arrived by Joey our server. He was friendly and upbeat. He took our drink and appetizer orders quicklyand returned shortly thereafter with our drinks. He was knowledgeable of the menu items and offered us recommendations. Theappetizer came out timely and was hot. We had the mac and cheese bites, would definitely get them again. He also brought us outtwo fresh hot loaves of bread and 3 things of butter without even asking. He just seems to know what customers like withoutbeing asked. He refilled our drinks if he saw them even at the half way mark without us having to flag him down. We orderedsteak and coconut shrimp abnd the Alice Springs Chicken. The steak was prepared as ordered. We did have a slight delay on one ofour side orders but Joey came back and was honest and told us the reasoning for the hold up and the side came out shortly afterthat. First responders, hospital staff such as nurses get a 10% discount. Joey offered thanks for the hard work as a healthcareworker and was very genuine in his conversation. Finally, he was able to tell us different dessert options from memory and itwas delicious! We want to really praise and thank Joey for the amazing service he provided, he went above and beyond. I went for the first time to Outback with my husband and two kids. Michael is the best waiter I?ve had in my time living in... Maryland such a beautiful energy. He is knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. He is very kind and professional. Thank you somuch Michael for making my family?s first Outback experience an unforgettable one. Sat at the bar, bartender was very nice and very attentive. Had the blooming onion and a beer. Went in for a steak, but this was... filling enough. Love the sauce that comes with this. Almost no wait time getting seated. Will definitely come back here. Maybenext time I'll have the steak. Read more
Ordered curbside pickup, and I found a few hairs on the underside of my steak. I ate from the takeout container, so there is no... way that they were mine. Manager offered to ?send me something in the mail,? since I am not from the state and can?t return backto pickup a new order. I?m assuming a gift card, although she never specified the amount. Packaging: 4/5 Food: 1/5 (The bakedsweet potato with cinnamon butter was the saving grace. My 22 oz steak was a little ?hairy? and not evenly cooked. The asparaguswere eh. Nothing to write home about, but they were not awful.) Service: 2/5 (The staff was friendly and the service was quickand efficient. I just wish they were more careful in food preparation and offered a refund instead of ?something in the mail? oranother serving of hair. Update: Ranking went down to 1 star. The "something in the mail" was a free bloom card. I spent nearly$50 on lunch. A gift card to cover the steak would have been nice. A free bloomin onion just seems insulting. Read more
